Island Time - Beachfront Condo w/ Pool Access

Tired of long ferry lines and crowded beaches? You should head on down to Matagorda, Texas. “Island Time" condo is located on the beach in the Bahia de Matagorda gated community. It has amazing unobstructed ocean views. You can walk over the dunes or drive a short 3 minutes to the beach. Come enjoy the community pool, multiple fishing spots, and of course the beautiful beach!

"Island Time" is a 1300 sq. ft. condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds plus a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. On the 3rd floor there is a loft bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds plus a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. Both TVs have Netflix and Disney+ accounts. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig K-Duo slow drip or pods coffee maker. A charcoal grill is provided and may only be used on the ground level. There is a large 2nd floor balcony with a picnic table and four outside chairs. A smaller balcony is located on the 3rd floor with two chairs.

There is coin laundry by the community pool.
