This is a great property in a good location. You can easily walk or bike to Pier Village, or many other places like the grocery store if you don't mind a little exercise. It's also right next to a park with pickleball courts, playground, etc.The gated community it is in is a quiet one, with very friendly permanent residents, which was refreshing as no one seemed annoyed at renters. It is NOT a place to stay if you want to party at all hours. The pool closes at 9, which seemed quite early for summer. The gym room had older equipment but everything was still in good shape to do a basic workout. The condo itself had a very spacious living area- plenty of room to not feel like you're on top of each other with 2 sitting areas, plus a dining table area. The 2nd bathroom is located in the 2nd bedroom, and not accessible directly from the living area, which may be an issue for some, especially if utilizing the pull out couch. The bathtub/showers in both bathrooms are in need of replacement soon, as is the front screen door. This is the most well appointed rental we've stayed in as far as linens, kitchen supplies, and basic necessities, and plenty of of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It's very homelike inside, with older furniture that still serves its purpose well. We found the covered parking area is big enough for a minivan and 4 beach bikes.The management company was very helpful when we had a small issue with the tv. They took care of it in a very timely manner, even though it wasn't an urgent matter at all.Overall, this is a great place to stay for a small family or anyone wanting a peaceful, private place but still close enough to many places to avoid having to drive everywhere.
