Thank you for staying with us, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group. We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing stay. We appreciate you pointing out a few aspects of the home that may have caught you by surprise. The unique loft layout and cozy cabin-style architecture do include lower rafters in certain areas upstairs, which many guests find adds character and charm, though we understand it may not suit everyone’s preferences. We also appreciate the suggestion about adding a small upstairs freezer for added convenience and will certainly keep that in mind as we continue improving the guest experience. Regarding the upstairs bathroom, we understand the open layout may be unexpected, and we’ll review how we can better communicate these details in our listing so future guests know what to expect ahead of time. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall, found it well stocked, and appreciated our team's efforts and communication throughout your stay. We're sorry that several maintenance and condition issues impacted your experience. Your comments regarding the TVs, grill, hot tub, oven, picnic table, landscaping, and overall upkeep have been reviewed, and we are actively working to address them. This includes replacing the loft TV with a new smart TV, replacing the picnic table, and repairing the BBQ grill. Providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home is important to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Thank you again for your kind words about our team. We're happy to hear you still had a good time despite these issues, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
