We strive to ensure the photographs match the presentation for the home. We’re truly sorry the rest didn’t meet your expectations, especially that 2am wake-up call. Our team has already scheduled a pest inspection and is sealing up the dryer vent area. We’ve also addressed the dusting with our cleaning crew and passed your notes on the kitchen and downstairs bath along to the owner. Your house guide suggestion is a great one, and even though it's sent digitally in the guest portal, we can certainly look into adding it as a binder into the home.
