If you love to be close to all the activities and places Port Aransas has to offer, this is exactly where you will find Captain Kirk's vacation rental. The property itself is uniquely decorated with touches of island and marine life. The vibrant exterior just hints at the island-living charm you find inside. Captain Kirk's soothing colors in the open living, dining and kitchen welcome you at the entrance. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, basic pots, pans, pantry, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. All of the items needed to prepare a family dinner. The beautiful granite countertops are accented with stainless steel appliances and crisp white cabinets. Dine at the large table with seating for eight, four stools at the breakfast bar and a highchair in the corner for the little one. Gather in the living area which is comprised of a large sectional (that folds out to a Queen sleeper) and two matching accent chairs, perfect for watching your favorite channels on the wall-mounted Flat Screen HDTV. For your benefit, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the hall closet, along with an iron and ironing board.
The spacious master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King-size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, nightstands, closet, luggage rack and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Queen-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, dresser, nightstands and closet. The kids will love the third bedroom (BR3) made up of two Twin over Full Bunk Beds, wall-mounted TV, closet and room for games and stretching out. The second bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower and is shared by the two guest bedrooms. All bathrooms are furnished with blow dryers as well. Cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill and sit under the covered patio at the picnic table while taking in the ocean breeze. There is parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat/watercraft. This home is just 1.1 miles to the beach, 1.8 miles to the marina for a day of fishing and 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Wonderful

First family vacation with all 10 of my family members!! Very clean and roomie and comes with everything you need!! Close to the beach and golf cart rental!! We will definitely be back to rent again!!

This little place was wonderful. Conveniently located near shops and not too far from the beach. We really enjoyed staying and I hope to stay again.

Excellent layout, great location

We had a great time. A very short drive to the beach (make sure you have a parking permit! $12 at the Valero across the street), very clean property. A nice place to stay!

Close to Beach, Plenty of Room

Great spot with lots of room inside and out. We had 6 adults and never felt crammed. Close to the beach. Not walking distance with coolers and gear, but a very short drive. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Will definitely be back!

Very spacious

Our family of adults and teenagers enjoyed our stay. The living, dining area is very spacious. The bunk bed room is quite tight but the other two rooms have more space. We really enjoyed being able to play games at the table and have a meal all together. The downstairs has a nice picnic table and some chairs to enjoy sitting outside, while grilling. We did have an issue with the dryer not working and the management sent someone to check it but by the time we got ready to leave it wasn't drying again. We did let them know. Overall, this is a wonderful beach house, great location but a golf cart is a bonus to get to the beach or dining out. We would definitely stay here again.

Won’t stay again

Every night we found and killed flying roaches. We had to spray the house ourselves and it still didn’t rid the roaches. I reached out through the app and never heard back from anyone. I have 2 children, one who crawls and likes to pick things up off the floor. The roaches were disgusting. We also didn’t have internet the entire time. The roku tv’s worked fine but we couldn’t get internet connection on our phones, laptops and tablets. We rented a golf cart and you can only take it on certain roads there, so we had to look up directions to every place we went and we couldn’t get our phones to connect to find maps… so having zero internet connection was a huge inconvenience. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the water reservoir of the coffee maker had old ground coffee in it somehow so I had to clean/run it multiple times before using. Also we weren’t left with any laundry detergent so we had to buy our own. Normally there’s a few pods for the renters in my experience. It was just an overall mess. The couch was filled with dog hair and stains. Roaches were crawling on the cushions of the couch and then would fly to the chair on the other side of the room! We will not be staying again!
