Condo is large. Primary large with on suite bath. Guest room really small with 2 twin beds. Freezer dripped water into frig. Called but no maintenance person ever came that I am aware of. It stopped though shortly after we called. NO AIR CONDITIONING- which was not advertised in listing. Thankfully it’s not terribly hot in Keystone(80s) and cools off at night. Several windows would not open/ close correctly - weather stripping hanging off- one with broken crank and no screen. Broken shade wand on door shade too. NO WASHCLOTHS. Carpet looked newer but furniture very old, bunged up and VERY dusty! Kitchen pretty good. Electric recliners in living room but NO PLUGS- so they won’t open- even manually-weird. Overall condo was OK. Great location! Would be really nice with some maintenance and new furniture.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the spacious condo, kitchen, and convenient location. We do want to clarify a few points. Air conditioning is not listed as an amenity anywhere in the property listing, so it was not an advertised feature of the condo. We also did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the freezer, windows, furniture, recliners, washcloths, or other concerns mentioned in your review. Had we been made aware of these issues, we would have been happy to assist and send our team to address anything within our control. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention now and will share the maintenance and furnishing concerns with our team for review. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback.

Great location in River Run Village

Conveniently located in the River Run village and only a 4-5 minute walk from the gondola lift. The rental, check-in/check-out processes were all easy and the condo was as described. I would stay here again.

Kyestone Condo

Lovely condo with lots of windows and sunlight. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Only complaint would be the noise level at night. Condo is close to downtown Keystone and there are quite a few noisy intoxicated people walking the streets at night.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo’s bright, sunny atmosphere, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen — those touches really make a stay feel like home. We appreciate you mentioning the nighttime noise. Being close to downtown definitely has its perks, but we understand how the activity outside can sometimes be disruptive. Your feedback helps us better inform future guests and explore ways to minimize the impact. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay — hopefully with a quieter night’s rest and just as much sunshine! 🌞 SCMR

Great Jumping Off Point

Property was clean, great location, and comfortable. There's so much hiking nearby...we love the area. Wifi supported 2 people working remotely and on zoom, communication with the management company was smooth (we unexpectedly needed to receive packages), and beds were comfy. Unit has humidifiers, which is great too. Would stay again.

This property is conveniently located to all that Keystone has to offer! Great location with a very short walk to the River Run Gondola. The main reason I did not rate this property 5 out of 5 was due to parking. We were only provided with a single vehicle parking pass; with a 6 person condo, including gear, there was no way we could stay with only a single vehicle. Therefore, our second vehicle cost 25 per overnight in the Keystone lot, which certainly was an added expense for our 7 night stay, so that was an added expense. Plus, one of the nights, we were given a parking citation because we parked in the wrong area of the lot for overnight…a little frustrating. We stayed in the adjacent Silvermill Condos the prior year, where 2 parking passes were provided, which helped with that expense. I would definitely consider the parking expense if staying at this property in the future.

Thank you for your review, the HOA dictates parking for this unit and does only allow one car for all units.
