This charming two-bedroom condo has a private balcony with ocean views and is perfect for a family getaway or a get-together with friends. It is delightfully decorated and cozy, with enough space for everyone. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bath and a king bed. The living room also provides additional guest space with a murphy bed. After a long day on the beach and playing in the waves, head back inside to take advantage of the full kitchen to cook a meal, stay in, relax, and enjoy a movie on the living room's large flatscreen TV. This oceanfront complex is located right on the beach, within walking distance of a bakery, a cafe, a barbecue restaurant, a shaved ice shop, and a juice bar. You can also dine on local seafood at Coconuts on the Beach, a few blocks south, or take an easy 23-mile drive to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The historic Cocoa Beach Pier is three miles north, and the Port Canaveral Cruise Port is only five miles farther.

Love this location!

This is our second time staying at this location but a first for this unit. Neither have let us down at all! The room was clean and spacious. We did have to get the key from another location but this was not a problem for us at all as we passed it on the way in and out. The main door was supposed to be shut and locked but stayed propped open the entire time we were there. Love the underground parking with all the available beach stuff to use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for families

Perfect area. Not overly crowded. Access to the beach. Walking distance to food and ice cream. About a 30 minute drive to the space center and a 60 minute drive to orlando.

Cocoas by the Sea

Really liked the home, will def stay again. Only issue was with the amenities that were supposed to be included. No garage door opener like advertised. Caused parking concerns. Getting the key was not a big deal. Stop by get the key out of a lock box and be sure and return it back to the lock box when you leave. Place is not very far but was a little odd to stop by a little building complex and find the door that the lock box was attached to. Wasn’t hard just odd since we had never done that before. Be careful, I can see how traffic could be an issue getting in and out of that complex.

Perfect spot!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the location right on the beach. We loved the walking distance from restaurants ands cocktail lounges! Condo was clean and provided beach umbrellas and chairs.

Nice condo, but poor management service

The condo is spacious and well furnished. It definitely has the feel of a “corporate owned” condo. The kitchen has minimal pots, pans , dishes or kitchen tools. There are a small number of thin towels per person. This gives the condo the feel of a hotel ,Although the woman we interacted with from the management company was nice and trying her best, the overall service was unsatisfactory.When we received the check-in instructions, we realized we had to make an 18 mile roundtrip during rush hour traffic to pick up the key. (If you have a key in a lock box at the office, why can’t the lockbox be located at the condo?) When we checked in, the bedroom TV was not working and the balcony chairs were so old they were unsafe to sit on. We contacted Vacasa and they sent someone out the next day :-) The maintenance guy was very nice and confirmed the TV was broken and the chairs were unusable. The next day we exchanged multiple texts about these problems, including having to send pictures of the chairs. On day 3, the (nice) woman from Vacasa brought a new TV and said the chairs were being “ordered”. I said the chairs could be bought that day. Even though there are many stores nearby, she said it was a “corporate” ordering process. So, the result was we had no usable outside chairs for the first week of a 2 week stay. Not satisfactory. We liked the location and the condo is spacious and comfortable, but the management company does not put a priority on customer satisfaction.

Great location

Location was great. Watched a launch from our deck. Bed was too soft. Only issue was getting key to lobby 5 miles away and no key was there. The property manager did call us and assist us with getting in. Parking is in garage which is the basment. Vetinytinyspots.

Loved the condo & the area ! We enjoyed the beach, the neighborhood & great restaurants. Never got the TV in the master bedroom to work…called & were supposed to have tech come out…but he never showed up. The check in process was a little confusing & we had to call prior to our arrival. Overall, we had a great time !!

The place was bigger than I expected. Very clean. Didn’t like I had to go get a key a few miles away to get into the place but someone let me in so I didn’t have to go get a key. Overall it wa a Great place and location..

Great unit - property exterior 2 stars

Having read some previous reviews I knew there was a wild-card on the "construction" that others had noted. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the pre-paint stage of the exterior of all buildings - meaning everything was patched and there were big patch areas of different colors etc all over the exterior of the building but paint had not yet been done. Thankfully, we were in town for work and this didn't matter much to us but had I booked for a vacation - it absolutely would have mattered. The reason I still gave 5 stars is that the unit itself was perfect. Impeccably clean, well-decorated and nicely appointed. It's also worth noting that even though the front of the property looked extremely rough, the back was an unobstructed - stunning view of the beach and the Atlantic. All in all, we had a good stay - but again - we weren't there for vacation - didn't care about the condition of the pool, etc. If we had been on vacation, the beach would have been the only place we could have been without looking at a lot of dirty, patched, unpainted and unsightly buildings and parking areas. I would stay there again - and I would vacation there - just not until I could confirm the construction is complete. ;)

Read reviews for check in first

Check in process was a fail even after calling ahead to address previous reviewers issues. Code provided for building rings to a phone that goes unanswered, a physical key is required which is kept inside the unit. Location was walkable to shops and good food and walking out to beach was great, minus having to remember gate and building door key every time you leave. Building looks discouraging from the outside but unit was updated nicely.

Highly Obstructive Views and You Need Your Keys

Keys: Entrance around the building, gates, ocean (coming and going,) and the pool. Very easy to get locked out of the building & gates - Building: The building is run down and needs some work. - Pool: The pool was clean and was helpful with small kids. You will need your keys - Parking: Parking is under the unit in the garage. Bonus points for the shopping charts to move your stuff from the car to your unit - Trash: Never figured it out - the trash chute was locked and no key worked - Beach/Pool supplies: Nice bit of chairs, pool/beach items for the whole family - Views: Highly obstructive views and lots of green vs. ocean - Kitchen: All cooking items were there - Dining/Living Room: Plenty of seating and space - Main Bedroom: Lots of space and a very comfortable bed - 2nd Bedroom: Great for 2 small kids or another adult couple and perfect for that size. The guest bathroom works well and well-equipped. (Would love 2 twin beds vs. a queen - personal choice.) - Balcony: Clean and the chairs are very wobbly. - Ocean: You either walk around the whole building or walk through the garage side door - walk up a steep stair, through a locked gate (You will need your keys to get in and out of the gate) down very steep and wobbly stairs, and about another 100 yards to the ocean. 5 min walk from condo door to your feet in the ocean water - Overall, it served our family but would not stay again - Views, access to the ocean, building, not near a whole lot - one-and-done for us.

We past the last 2 weeks at Cocoas by the sea. As we read the others comments, we’ve had some troubles to get in the building when we first arrived. The appartement was clean, fresh and bigger than we expected. The location was perfect, you can go to the beach and come back easily. We appreciated the pool, it was sometimes too warm to stay at the beach all day. In the building, many appartements are occupied by travellers, there’s a lot of movement during the day. The equipement, in the kitchen was basic, we only had one kitchen towel. Othersise, we passed a beautiful journey there.

Under construction

The exterior of the condo was under construction during our stay. Great location!!! Just be aware of that when you book. We were at the beach most of the time so it didn’t bother us too much about the construction. However there was an issue where we weren’t able to check in until 7pm and had to figure out what to do with our luggage and 2 kids (one with special needs) for 3 hours until we could check into the property.

Perfect for thunder on Cocoa Beach boat races.

Good location. Exterior of bldg is being repaired etc. Nice and Clean interior. TV wi fI and remotes are not in proper setting's, it took over night to get them to operate properly. Tried to contact local management and never heard back from them. Only received a reply pertaining to parking information. The front door code to enter the building did not take the code given, and many other people staying here had the same issues. IT DOES NOT WORK! This needs to be addressed. A kind stranger let me in once I explained the problem. Kitty welcomed us out back. All in all it served it’s purpose.

Nice Property With Shortcomings

The property/room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, there were some shortcomings. The ceiling fans did not work properly, we could not get all of the TVs to work. The air conditioning worked but was not very cold on warm Florida days and the pool was shut down. We specifically chose this property for the pool and I was not told it would be out of service. Also, laundry dryer vent cleaning happened and they needed access to the property at 9am which was very inconvenient. Also. There was no notice about needing a specific key to access the building, we thought the access code was what was needed. We ended up locking ourselves out at 10 pm with two young kids. The condo itself was beautiful and we did enjoy our stay.

I didnt love the fact that the company has the wrong information to get inside the building. To quote the person I spoke to about getting locked out “I’ll do the best I can”. It’s 8pm getting dark and I’ll try my best. Spoke to a Supervisor Mike who couldn’t get anyone to figure out how to get in the building. THE PASSCODE DOES NOT WORK FOR TNR BUILDING. YOU MIST HAVE A KEY. Which is inside the unit. Location is great.

Perfect location! Gorgeous condo 😊

Gorgeous home with awesome views! Felt so cozy and homey, was very happy with it once we got in!!! - it was very hard to get into the building. They gave me the code which didn't work - it would ring the managers phone which went to voicemail and when calling vacasa they said "oh the code should work idk what else to do let me try to call the manager"....about an hour later they called and said oh we just reached the manager. Thankfully a lovely couple who owns one of the condos let us into the building since we couldn't get ahold of the manager. Was a little upset with vacasa - we would've been stranded for at least an hour with a 14 month old if the couple wouldn't have let us in!! Other than that hiccup it was a wonderful vacation and I wouldn't take anything anyway from the condo owner. The house was beautiful and everything was so nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future!! 😊 Perfect location with bars and resturants surrounding us!

We thought the interior of the condo was very nicely done and exceptionally clean! The exterior of the property needs some updating but the location couldn’t be better if you want to enjoy the beach lifestyle!!
