Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased that you found the condo enjoyable overall. We sincerely apologize that you experienced difficulties with the parking lot gate and the beach access gate. Please note that both of these amenities are managed and maintained by the Homeowners Association, and as such, Southern Vacation Rentals does not have direct control over their operation. Nonetheless, we do understand how frustrating access issues can be and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future. Your Southern Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the view, location, cleanliness, and amenities. We strive to provide excellent communication and are delighted it was above and beyond.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. At Southern, we strive to provide each guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Upon reviewing your reservation, I see that you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team to report that there were box fans and a pipe going through a wall in the unit. It looks like you were referring to a portable AC unit that was left in the unit to help cool down the property quickly for the previous guests. I see our Property Management Team was able to address this quickly for you and remove all fans and portable units at your request. I also see that our cleaners were able to get to the property within a few hours of your reported cleanliness issues. I am happy they were able to get the property back up to our Southern Standards for you to enjoy the remainder of your stay with us. We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve it. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope for the opportunity to host you again in the future. — Southern Guest Services Team
