** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Wi-fi and security issues

We were provided with the wi-fi password upon arrival. However, the service was terrible on all 9 of our parties phones… SOS most of the time. Unable to make or receive calls or texts. If you have to WORK and play, this could be a problem. House is just as described. We had a nice stay. location is good and we were provided with starter toilet paper/dish soap plus 1 bath towel per person (16 people) Also kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes,utensils, pots & pans! There were some things that we feel would be beneficial to know before booking this home: -Had trouble gaining access to front door with code given. Once we figured that out, we were never able to relock the front door when leaving our entire stay. It would not lock. -Only 1 gate into community, had to wait in long line most days. -Upon arrival several items were needed that you may not think of: Beach towels, paper towels, extra TP, hand soap, wash cloths, laundry detergent and extra garbage bags. There was no tupperware or ziplocks for leftovers if you plan to cook like we did. Need ground coffee and filters for coffee pot. -DO NOT ADVISE paying for the pool heat. Pool and hot tub are connected and only heat to 81. You cannot control temperature, hot tub does not in any way get close to hot. -Development is large and this home is not at all walkable to the main resort waterpark. Smaller pool area may be walkable for some. Both pool area’s extremely nice!! A few hiccups, but overall nice place!

Little pricey if staying longer than a week for what it was like

For paying 30 dollars a day to heat the pool it Wasn’t really warm, the jets on the hot tub works when they wanted to, after 4 days enough was enough. The washer and dryer do NOT work well if at all. It took almost 3 hours to dry a load of laundry (normal size) the stove when you use it smokes at the top, the pans to cook are extremely cheap so unless you soak the bottom of each pan with cooking spray or butter your food will be burned. Also, the Wifi is terrible 😞 our phones were on SOS or NO SERVICE we had to literally drive around until we got service to make any type of phone call, if an emergency were to happen at home we wouldn’t of been able to get the call. It was extremely disappointing

Pool green, property backs up to another property 4ft from the pool.

When We first pulled up and got out of our vehicle, the next door neighbors were on the front porch partying and the directly behind neighbors were blasting rap music so loud at their pool that the walls in the house were thumping. Right away my kids ran upstairs to get in their bathing suits only to be disappointed. The pool had green algae growing all up the walls and stairs and it was only half full of water. I immediately contacted the owner through the app. It took her all evening to contact me back with "send me a Pic". I expected the pool people to be out there early morning the next day but they didn't even show up till 2pm. They treated the pool with chemicals and put the hose in and left. When we got back from dinner the pool was nearly overflowing and still green. I again reached out to the owner. The next day (now the 3rd day at the property) someone finally came out that afternoon to use a brush on the pool. Scrubbing the algae made the pool cloudy and took the rest of the day for it to clear up enough to use. The pool was only part of the problem here though with this property. The neighborhood is under construction so there is the sound of construction going on early morning till late evening not to mention the giant dumpsters wth trash falling out all over the roads. This particular house backs up to your neighbors house so the smell of the partying on the side and the drunk rap music neighbors at the back of us were literally 10ft from us the whole time. There was about 6 feet between their pool and ours. The other problem was the resort "club house" that is said to be free. First not everything in the clubhouse is free including the tiny mini golf course they wanted to charge person to play. The resort pool itself looks bigger in pictures then it is. And they had like 6 tubes for the lazy river so we waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to be able to do the lazy river. All in all, the property inside was some what clean (some green crayon on some of the walls and dishes were all filthy and had to be rewashed) So If you want to party with neighbors on your vacation then this rental house will be perfect for you cause you aren't getting any privacy here.

Great vacay!

The property was exactly as listed. House was in a new section of Storey Lake. One of the first properties we have stayed at where kitchen had plenty of glasses plates etc. There were a few nights of “fun” neighbors, this did not bother us but could be an issue for those who are looking for a quiet stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the future.

No internet

No internet access the whole 7days notified management and problem never was fixed. Hopefully it is tooken care of by now as it was a big inconvenience for our family.

Excellent home, highly recommended.

This home gets an A+ overall. The house was very clean and newly built. The rooms were outstanding and the kids really loved everything about the rooms. Lots of space and beds. The community is gated and secure. Would definitely stay again!
