Walk into this lovely tri-level condo with peaceful lake views from all three floors. Awaken after a good night’s sleep in the upstairs master suite(blackout curtains) to the glassy lake view. Ah such serenity. Come down to fix breakfast and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee In your rocker or on the balcony. If you’re hitting the Snow Summit slopes in winter (2 miles away) enjoy! Come back and lounge by the fire and enjoy dinner in the village or at home. You can walk to tons of restaurants and bars/pubs and the boat cruise launch. Ideal for two couples as there is the master suite with massive jetted tub upstairs and a master suite with fireplace and kitchenette downstairs on the bottom floor. Note downstairs suite is accessed through the garage and is very private. Shared hot tub outside.
Over 1880 square feet and all the amenities of home. Your lakefront mountain getaway awaits!

Great Location

The condo was very nice and is located right on the lake with beautiful views. Close to the village and restaurants. We had a great time and will stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Conveniently located, beautiful views, had everything we needed. Kristina was a great host, very easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again!

Great location

The condo is nice with a beautiful view of the lake. It is in walking distance of the village. A little too pricey. One big problem, the boat docks are not maintained very well, the lake weeds will wrap around your prop every time. not good.

thanksgiving vacation

Overall cleanliness was poor. No spare toilet paper. No extra towels. Sheets were stained. No soap or shampoo for showers. Kitchen floor dirty. No soap for dishwashing, left empty bottles of soap. TV controllers batteries were depleted, had to buy new batteries to get TV to work. Would not stay again or recommend it. Check in was minimal and if we had a problem we were instructed to call the owner, who we didn't know.

Good overall: amazing location, some challenges

Amazing location: just blocks from Pine Knot Village and the marina, and literally right on the lakefront. The 3rd bedroom is actually a mother-in-law type studio suite that is (oddly) accessed through the garage. The weather was warm, and like most Big Bear properties there is no AC, so we had to sleep with the front windows open to get a thru-breeeze - but the front bedroom is about 100’ from the very noisy highway and there are cars/trucks all night long. We moved downstairs to the studio because it was cool, quiet snd had an accessible bed. Two of the balconies had lights with no switches so the curtains had to stay closed at night, and that further hampered ventilation. The balcony furniture off the living room was covered in bird crap and the patio itself looks like it hasn’t been touched for months - but fortunately the upstairs balcony furniture was clean - it was disappointing to not be able to use that living room patio. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (which is generous) but it’s pushed up alongside the wall so you have to crawl over to the other side to get on/off (the footboard prevents exiting, too) - and that mattress is a bit on the cheap side (it slopes like you are going to roll off). Other than the challenges above, it’s not horrible by any means, it’s well-appointed… and the location is prime.

We had a really great time

Condo was in pretty good shape. We just had some minor maintenance suggestions. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location

The views from this place are amazing. Great location for walking by the lake or to nearby restaurants. The house is very well stocked for everything you could need and very comfortable.

Perfect getaway

Location of the condo is perfect, lake front view and walking distance to the village. The condo itself was clean, well kept, very spacious and decorated nicely. We loved that there was the room downstairs with its own kitchenette/full bath/ fireplace with access to the back patio. The complex is very quiet. They do have a no Noise policy after 10:00, which for us was fine but if you have a noisier group that could be a problem. For what we paid for the condo it was well worth it. We are looking forward to rent it again.

We recently bought this lakefront condo and have renovated it with new paint, furnishings, linens and all the amenities of home. It was a dream come true to have a waterfront property and it is such a wonderful oasis we are so pleased to share it with you. We love hosting and aim to provide an excellent vacation experience with clean, well-equipped, stylish places for all our guests. We love to get away to the mountains and breathe in the fresh mountain air, enjoy the lake and hike and bike in the spring and summer.

Lakefront, Lakefront, Lakefront. There is nothing like waking up to the peaceful lake the water is so glassy in the morning and you can hear the birds. We love that you can see the lake from all three levels and enjoy it from the balconies and walk out from the unit.

Centrally located with easy walk to Big Bear Village shops, bars, and restaurants. Walk across the street to bowling and activities, and short walk to Alpine Slide sledding and activities, and hiking trails nearby. Summer boating, kayaking, water activities are right out your backdoor!
