Very cute, great location, very easy check-in, and very clean with a beautiful ocean view fromthe patio. The bed was comfortable.

incredibly convenient and beautiful stay!! Can’t express how amazing this rental was. Equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and with such a beautiful view! Only 15 mins away from multiple north short beaches and restaurants. 10/10 stay.

We loved out stay here! The location was so peaceful and we loved out morning walks on the beach. It was so close to the national park and drives to Hanalei bay for food, shops, and the beach. The lush rainforest feel was incredible. we enjoyed nice rains from the porch and beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Had everything we needed and the fresh air from the windows was lovely.

Nice find on Kauai's north shore

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to Kauai several times but this was our first time staying on the north shore past Hanalei. The Colony is the last resort on the road that ends at the Na Pali coast, a couple of miles past Hanalei. It's a wonderful, quiet location that's extremely scenic located coastside. No TVs, which is in keeping with the vibe, but decent internet. The pool area is very nice and inviting, as was the hot tub. You are steps from the ocean, with a nice walkable beach in both directions, but it is too rough for swimming. For that you'd go about a mile or so to the famous Tunnels beach and snorkeling spot. It can get windy at the resort, but at least during our stay it was much less windy at Tunnels and Hanalei. Adjacent to the resort is a small but decent coffee shop/art store. A pretty good restaurant, Gaia, is also on site.

Great location by all the best the north shore has to offer. The pool was lovely too. Beach wasn’t suitable for swimming but made for a great walk.

The location of unit with proximity to the beach is heavenly!!The host was clear with instructions and was available if needed.A huge bonus was NOT having a television which made the stay more enjoyable and relaxing.The kitchen is well appointed.Aesthetically, the rusticity of the unit is charming and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!!My only constructive criticism/suggestions: A deep clean of unit at periodic intervals with special attention to the kitchen appliances (ie) top of refrigerator, hood vent (I cleaned the grease off the exterior of the hood) cabinet fronts,

Steps from sandy beach

Enjoyed sitting on balcony listening to and watching the waves. Close to Tunnels beach and hiking and just up to road from Hanalei

Amazing beach access!

Love the remote feeling of the property as well as the amenities. I'll likely stay here again. this was my 4th trip to Kauai and the north shore and LONG beach walks that this property set us up for was perfect.

Perfect Location!

It was our 1st time in Hawaii, and we really enjoyed staying at this unit as it was close to the beach and feeling away from other tourists. The unit had everything we needed away from home. Would definitely stay here again!
