The condo does not have air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master ensuite bathroom is equipped with a large vanity space and a bathtub/shower combo. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom featuring a tilted walk-in shower. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is included in the condo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 4 and the lush garden surrounding you. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.

What to expect: a crane will be brought onsite to remove maters and equipment from the roofs. Parking may be affected by the crane work.
