This space is specifically designed to accommodate a 14-foot truck or trailer, though guests should note that county ordinances limit on-site trailer parking to one vehicle. I was surprised to find this was a bunkie built in someone's driveway with their garage a few feet away so it was not very private. The place was very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a stay. The hot tub was a great treat after a long car ride.

Pictures were deceiving was small but cute decor. And the freezer had no space to store any ice packs for future travel. We did enjoy sitting outside using the hot tub & fire pit. And glad to have use of a grill during our stay. Also the coffee provided was very good.

We spent hours searching properties for our stay in Ouray, CO. When we saw this one we knew it was the perfect place! This cabin was set in the trees with a babbling river flowing in front. The outdoor hot tub was a perfect end to a busy day. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening and watching stars as we listened to the night sounds surrounding us. It was cozy and comfortable. It’s obvious the hosts cares about your comfort as they have thought of everything you may need inside! It was hard to say goodbye, we could definitely live here!

Great location - Easy drives to both Ridgway and Ouray. Privacy on the balcony if you want with curtains and relaxing or hottub time. Several windows for fresh air. Creek in the back was low but if more normal, hearing the flowing water would be peaceful. Inside size is fine for 2 people, especially when you’re spending most of your time outdoors anyway. Outside grill was a plus and inside had all the utensils you could need for quick, simple meals.

Gorgeous mountain retreat!

This property checked all the boxes for us! Small but nicely equipped. Wonderful views, hot tub and fire pit were perks. Close by to waterfalls, awesome hiking and mountain grandeur. Responsive property manager. Would come again!

We had originally booked this cabin starting on June 28, 2026, which coincidentally was the same day the Gold Mountain Fire began. Because of the rapidly changing conditions, we weren’t sure if our trip would even happen. Thankfully, our host was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to adjust our reservation so we didn’t lose any vacation time.Fortunately, the cabin was never impacted by the fire, and we were able to begin our stay on June 29. The cabin itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It even had air conditioning, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature for cabins in this part of Colorado.I can’t say enough good things about our host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept us informed about the wildfire situation, made check-in simple and stress-free, and even provided excellent restaurant recommendations for the area.The hospitality and flexibility made what could have been a very stressful situation into a wonderful vacation. The next time we visit Ouray or the surrounding area, we’ll absolutely be booking with this host again.

Clean and Pristine!

We really enjoyed staying at the Yeti Summit Studio. We stayed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and we so loved having the hot tub. It was clean and well maintained. The space is a little tight inside but we really had perfect weather. We ate dinner outside, enjoyed the fire out and used the grill. The bed linens are new. We had all we needed to make a simple breakfast and dinner.

Tiny room

The location was excellent, very clean, host was available at any time, but the house was way too small to stay more than a night in it. No sitting area except on bed and no where to put clothes out of the way! Hot tub was nice, just the overall it was just to small with a large price!

Excellent property manager saves the day.

The original property we booked was exactly as described. Unfortunately, due to a double booking we were unable to stay there. Laura, the property manager, was able to get us into another property which was amazing!! Her attentiveness to our needs was above and beyond our expectations. Our anniversary weekend was more than we dreamed and memorable. Thanks Laura!

Honeymoon Get Away

The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The main house is right next door, which is not really included in the listing. There is no bathroom door. There are a lot of windows, which helps make it feel open. However it makes it very hot in the afternoon, even with the AC. There are also no coverings for the upper windows so there is a lot of light still when trying to go to sleep. There is also no closet/storage space. All your stuff is just sitting around. The property manager was great and it’s a cute place. Probably would not stay there again due to functionality and price.

Unexpected surprise

I had planned an anniversary trip for my husband and I in Ouray through this host, Laura. She was attentive and creative in helping me make the most out of this trip for us. However, she called me when we were on our way to Ouray, and there had been a heating issue with the house we had reserved. She had a solution though, and upgraded us for the night. We were very excited, me especially, since my husband knew nothing about the details of the trip. We got to the upgraded location and were blown away. It was certainly more than we needed, but we really appreciated her upgrading us. The next evening, we went to the house that I had originally paid for. We were only there for an hour before another couple pulled up saying they had also rented the house. I called Laura, and she sent us back to the same upgraded house for free, and refunded us for the trouble. She knew this weekend was supposed to be special for us, and she was very kind and accommodating to the fact that this did cause a wrinkle in our get away anniversary weekend. We were very surprised by her generosity and understanding. Though we had trouble, this host was incredible. We would absolutely recommend this host, and this location. Though we didn't get to stay here, it was enough for two people, secluded, and adorable. Perfect for a getaway weekend to unwind. 5 out of 5 stars.

A lifelong Coloradan who first discovered the Ridgway and Ouray area in 2001, Laura brought with her an extensive background in business, marketing, and travel management. Her years of experience in the ski and property management industries across North America’s premier destinations provided the foundation for a company built on community and exceptional service.

In 2020, the team expanded when Steve moved from Dallas to join Laura in Ouray County. Steve’s arrival marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company, bringing forty-three years of high-level construction management experience to the team. Having served as Vice President for some of the nation’s top General Contractors, he integrated professional expertise in budgeting, procurement, and project oversight into the company’s property maintenance and caretaking operations. His own connection to the state dates back to 1993, when participating in Ride the Rockies ignited a lifelong passion for Colorado’s dramatic landscapes.

Today, Laura and Steve work side-by-side to lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering top-tier property care. When they aren't overseeing the finer details of a guest's stay or maintaining local residences, they are often found embracing the outdoors together. Whether they are cycling, skiing, hiking, or fishing, they remain inspired by the ever-changing seasons and the rugged beauty of the San Juan Mountains.
