Cozy Remodeled Condo | Walk to Downtown & the River | Mountain Views

Thank you for your kind review! We were happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and easy access to downtown. We appreciated you staying with us and would love to welcome you back again!

Sarah, Thank you so much for this lovely review! We're so glad you got to enjoy Ouray on foot. Strolling to dinner and back without having to hunt for parking on Main Street is one of the best perks of staying right in town. We're also happy to hear the beds were so comfortable. A good night's sleep makes all the difference after a day exploring the mountains! Fall really is a magical time here, and we're thrilled the condo was the cozy, relaxing home base you were hoping for. We'd love to welcome you back, whether it's for the fall colors again or a snowy winter getaway. Warmly, The VRC Team

Hi Robin, Thank you for taking the time to share your stay experience. It helps us to improve our service levels. We are so glad you enjoyed the excellent location and appreciated how walkable the home is to Ouray’s restaurants, shops, hot springs, and Perimeter Trail. Our deepest apologies that you though the bed was uncomfortable and that the squeaky flooring and sound transmission from the unit above impacted your sleep. We will absolutely share your feedback with our team and the owner to evaluate what improvements may be possible regarding the flooring, bedding and sound transmission. We also apologize for the inconvenience of needing to reach out regarding the fireplace and dishwasher pods. Our maintenance technician went over to your vacation home first thing in the morning and found that the electric fireplace was unplugged, He plugged it back in and it was fully operational. And our team was happy to bring over dishwasher pods. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. Your feedback is helpful to us as we continue working to improve both the home and the overall guest experience. Sincerely, Guest Services Vacation Rental Collective
