Luxury townhome in Perdido Key with private boat dock! 3 min walk to beach!

Great for families! 4 min walk, and NO crowds at the beach! In an exclusive neighborhood surrounded on both sides by state park, no high-rise crowds! Kayaks, tennis, pickleball, beach chairs & beach cart all free for your use!

Dock was re-built in 2021. Tankless water heater installed 2022.

Free Parking! 2 vehicles MAX!

This luxury waterfront villa has a spacious King suite with a private balcony, a full bathroom sits between it and the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen bed, and a Full over Full bunkbed. On the main level there is a Kitchen/dining room and 1/2 bath with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The basement (3rd bedroom) is a studio with a separate entrance and a small kitchen, full bathroom and a queen captain’s bed and sleeper sofa.

There is a private dock for your boat or fishing! It includes the use of beach chairs and cart, 2 kayaks, tennis, and Pickleball courts, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4-minute walk!

2 families with children, or up to 8 adults would fit best at this property for maximum privacy and

Walk out to a gorgeous deck for sunbathing or games. Behind the deck enjoy the water with a private dock to fish off, or Kayak in the bay. There is 1 Adult and 1 child kayak free for your use.

Included amenities:

A. Propane Grill, iron & ironing board, full size washer & dryer, hair dryer, crock pot, board games, linens, bath towels, I day supply of detergent/soap/shampoo & paper towels.
B. 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach cart kids beach toys
C. 6 tennis rackets, 8 pickle ball rackets, 1 basketball
2 kayaks.

Parking is free, 2 cars max. Additional vehicles may be parked across the lot at the tennis courts during the day. For overnight parking please use the Perdido Key visitor center parking lot 3 streets down on Lafiette Reef rd.
Boat trailers are not permitted in parking lot, see below for trailer parking recommendation.

Boat Dock:

The private dock with 2 boat slips sits approximately 15ft to the left of the unit (the dock directly behind the porch belongs to Unit #2) there is an open water boat slip on the left side of the dock (bordering the left property line).

The slip can easily fit a 34ft vessel with room to spare.

Boat lift:
Capacity: 6000lbs
The right side of the dock has a boat lift, please DO NOT use the lift unless you are an experienced user. You are responsible for any damage to your boat, the dock or the lift caused by incorrect use of the lift.

Amazing quiet beach location.

Close to many tourist shops and wonderful restaurants while being in a quiet remote place. Perfect beach get-away.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Booked this property for Veterans Day weekend with the kids. The kids loves fishing, playing basketball and tennis, and catching crabs at night! The walk to the beach was short and location was perfect!!!

Great Stay

Property was great, good communication with owner. Plenty of room for our group of 9 made up of 4 adults and 5 girls 9-14 years of age. Unfortunately, the sharks and rough waves were present the same week we were, but we were still able to enjoy our stay.

Great stay by the beach and river

We really enjoyed our stay in Perdido. The house was right on the river and an easy walk to the beach with tennis/kayaks/bball/pickleball/fishing. There was plenty to do to keep the kids busy. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and enjoyed boating to different islands to enjoy the beaches.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

LOVED everything! Perfect location, responsive host, everything you could need (and then some in the townhouse), easy walk to the beach, great views of sunsets/sunrises, fishing off the dock and paddling (we brought our own) in the waterways. Can't wait to go back!

Family beach trip

The property was amazing. Close to all the hot spots and fine dining. The dock made it easy to be picked up by boat. Large kitchen upstairs and small kitchen downstairs allows for preparing large feast. Overall was very pleased with our stay and the owner was a sweetheart. Would stay again.

Great family vacay

It was perfect. We had 3 infants so beach time we had alit of stuff. We were able to spread out and put our tents up and had a blast. Many of the men and woman went to the bay right out back and fished nights and early mornings.

Perdido Key’s Hidden Gem

This townhome was amazing! I have always stayed ocean front. After staying here, I will now stay Bay side. This townhome was a hidden gem and have the docks, paddle boards, and kayaks made our trip perfect. I had 5 17-18 year olds and this was the most perfect place to let them enjoy the water. If you are looking to rent in Perdido Key, this is the place! Wonderful place, location and all amenities!

Great Family House

We had a group of 10 and this house was the perfect size for us. The teenagers loved kayaking in the lagoon and its a very short walk to the beach. The beach is very quiet and not busy. We saw sting rays, dolphins, and plenty of crabs. The house was stocked well and had very thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend.

Perfect place with all the extras

We had a wonderful time staying in Perdido Key. The property was fantastic and very comfortable . We appreciated all the little extras including the beach items, pickle ball, tennis, & basketball. Having the bay and dock area allowed our family to also enjoy the kayaks and fishing. 100% would recommend! Thanks for making our trip so comfortable, fun, relaxing and perfect!

Lovely location, great communication

We would stay here again. Short walk to beach and a nice view from the townhouse. Plenty of space. I would highly recommend new shower curtains. Also, taller seating on the decks would allow the ability to enjoy the view without it being blocked by the railing. Communication for the one small issue we had was incredibly fast and very polite. We really appreciated that service.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Where do we even begin... this property is amazing and a perfect place for a family vacation. Perdido Key Beach is a secret gem. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice. The owner was very accommodating and responsive from booking to the end. Plenty of room to spread out with the three levels...plus balconies and seating outside to see the amazing views of the water! The beach was literally a short walk (not like other VRBOs often claim) and was not at all crowded. So beautiful and the owners provide all the essentials for a beach day....wagon, chairs, etc. The condo is stocked with everything you need to immerse yourself into vacation-mode while offering all the comforts of home. Lots of great restaurants nearby and only a 45 minute trip from Pensacola airport. Will definitely rebook again!

Great Family Spot

The home was described to a “T” in the listing. It was plenty accommodating for a week stay with our family including Dad, 3 kids and a couple of friends. The downstairs suite was perfect for my college-aged daughter and friends. We brought a boat (22’ CC) and the lift and slip provided ample room to tie up for the day and night. While we did not venture over to the beach, the host provided all the necessities for the short walk over. We did take advantage of pickleball courts and took the full sized paddleboard for a spin. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking in or out on the gas grill. Great view of the action on Ole River from the multiple decks and easy boat trips to all the hot spots. Communication with the host and check-in and check-out were all easy. I will definitely consider booking again.

Awesome time near the beach

The place was very nice and relaxing with plenty of room. Lovely little studio apartment attached as well. I still give it a 5 star stay, but there was a couple issues. The showers go from hot to ice cold and then extreme hot you cannot regulate the Temps, the counters had not been cleaned at all there had been spills and cup marks all over. Which we cleaned and the studio shower head flew off not once but twice smacking one of the kids in the face while showering. But they survived 😆 in reality it was kind of comical. But all in all it was a very nice place and would stay again. We had a wonderful time.

Great location but had issues with the house

We really enjoyed the location right on the canal, fishing in the canal, short walk to a quiet beach, the pickleball courts, kayaks/SUPs and Perdido Key. The house however would benefit from an update. We had issues that impacted us daily. The kitchen sink/garbage disposal did not drain properly which disrupted our ability to cook and clean or use the kitchen sink in any capacity. We messaged the owner, but this was not addressed during our stay. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed, the shower handle would fall off and there were other house condition items which negatively impacted our vacation. While the owner acknowledged these issues when we messaged, they were also not addressed during our stay.

Golden Wing Ceremony Vacation

centrally located to most anything. Great place if you bring a boat, ICW access. Katrina answered all out questions. Excellent location, beach access is nice and private.
