The space

Welcome to 'Top of the Dune!' This unit has been thoughtfully curated with the guests in mind. From the designer furnishings with an elegant (not over-done) coastal feel to the comfortable beds to sleep up to 11 people and a beautiful private screened-in porch, no detail has gone unnoticed!

This top-floor + corner-unit condo will welcome you with its relaxing vibe for your next family vacation. The living room offers comfortable and tasteful furnishings and overlooks the outdoor patio.

There are three bedrooms. The master boasts an impressive en suite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in glass shower and separate soaking tub, while the other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The kitchen just had all new stainless steel appliances installed!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 11):

Master Bedroom: King bed and private en suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower + double vanities + separate soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle pullout underneath and shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Guest access

The beach access is an EASY couple minute walk right down across 30A!

Pool area also has a grill for guests' use.

Other things to note

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Any issues caused by golf cart battery dying will be charged to the renters.
Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
