All good. We enjoyed our stay. If you have trouble with going up and down stairs (we didn't) then note that the upstairs requires going up and down stairs. Some issues with the upstairs microwave but they brought us another one. Amy was good to communicate with during our stay. Thanks!!

Short, sweet and your review made my day! Thank you, Bonnie. I love hearing that everything was wonderful on your last visit to The Sunshine House! We've had so much fun over the last year adding fun pops of color in the bathrooms and wallpaper accent walls in some surprising spaces. Thank you for choosing to stay with us last year and I hope we'll have the pleasure of hosting you again! I'm just now realizing that it might be time for the Putt Putt Nationals. Does Amelia Island host that every year? Let me know if I can ever help with accommodations for another visit to Amelia Island.

Best reunion stay! We loved the property, all 7of us. The house was clean and well stocked, pool was a great gathering place, with chase lounges. Also, beach chairs provided to sit by ocean. The upstairs rental was perfect for our big meals and sitting on the porch watching the waves. Would definitely book again.
