Welcome to THE FUNKY FISH HOUSE, a luxurious and spacious vacation home located just minutes away from the #1 rated beach in the USA, Siesta Key. With its 2 bedrooms, an additional room with a twin day bed, and 2 full bathrooms, the house can comfortably sleep 5 guests with space for up to 6 total.

The breathtakingly beautiful backyard is a true TROPICAL OASIS featuring a HEATED SALTWATER POOL perfect for soaking up the warm Florida sun. With its sun shelf for shallow lounging and main depth of approximately 3-5.5 feet, you'll have plenty of space to relax in the 8,400 gallon pool. Pool water temperature is typically maintained at 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit and is included in your nightly rate. Lounge chairs round out the pool deck. The HOT TUB is perfect for stargazing in the evenings. Be sure to rinse the Siesta Key beach sand off in the custom designed HOT and COLD WATER OUTDOOR SHOWER. Enjoy views of the native Florida tropical plants and palms from either covered pergola. Each pergola provides ample shade and includes a fan to keep you cool as well as plenty of lighting for evening activities. The patio area features a 65" TV, loveseat and coffee table as well as a dining table for four. The “adult side” features a 75” TV, outdoor beverage cooler, and hightop table and chairs for four.

The LIVING ROOM is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. With its large sectional sofa, extra comfy throw pillows, and 55" smart TV, you can enjoy your favorite shows in comfort. The shiplap wall and ceiling fan add to the cozy atmosphere. You can use your own streaming subscription account on the TV.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, induction cook top, built-in microwave/oven, and dishwasher. You'll have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to mixing bowls, storage containers, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, and silverware. The kitchen also features a large island with 4 ocean blue bar stools and a stylish glass top table that seats four people.

For your convenience, the WET BAR features a beverage cooler and Keurig. You'll also find K-Pods, creamer, and sugar, as well as wine and cocktail drinkware for your adult beverages.

With 1Gbps ultra-high-speed fiber internet access, you'll have complete coverage throughout the property thanks to the whole-home wireless mesh network.

The MAIN BEDROOM SUITE is a luxurious retreat with an upscale king bed, nightstands, dresser, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. Catch a late-night movie on the 50" Smart TV located on the dresser and keep cool with the super-quiet ceiling fan. There is a single-step down to enter the room.

The SECOND BEDROOM features a cozy queen bed, plenty of storage in the roomy closet, and a ceiling fan. There's even a ✅Pack n Play w/sheets, ✅Twin Air Mattress w/sheets, ✅Extra Blankets and Pillows, ✅Box Fan, ✅Kid-friendly games, and ✅Children's books located in the closet.

The THIRD ROOM has a twin daybed, nightstand, ceiling fan, and 2 comfortable chairs.

The SECOND BATHROOM is accessible from the entire house and features a tub/shower combo. There are plenty of soft towels and washcloths in both bathrooms for your comfort.

Don't forget to fire up the propane BBQ GRILL to cook up some delicious burgers or steaks and dine al fresco on the patio with seating for four at the dining table. Relax with your favorite adult beverage afterwards in the comfy loveseat.

The FRONT DOOR is equipped with a smart lock and you'll receive a personal access code prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, including the front and back yards, and can enjoy the quiet side street neighborhood or head out to one of the several delicious restaurants nearby.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following rules regarding the property:
* CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area, hot tub, and near the grill. Guests and guardians of minors take full responsibility for their safety and release the property owners/hosts from any liability for injury that may occur during their stay.
* GLASSWARE IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA for safety reasons. Please use the plastic drinkware and plates provided. An additional cleaning fee will be incurred for broken glass found in the pool or surrounding area.
* Vehicle owners are advised that parking on the street is prohibited. Instead, there are two parking spots available in the driveway for their convenience.
* To maintain the quality of our amenities, please do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths designated for makeup removal are provided for this purpose.
* SECURITY CAMERAS are placed on the exterior of the property, including the front door, front corners, west side, and back shed (which partially covers the pool deck area). The cameras are used to protect guests and maintain the safety of the property. Footage will only be reviewed in case of an incident or complaint. Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited.
* Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Any violation of reasonable noise limits will result in immediate dismissal from the property without a refund.
* Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents and will be charged for repair or replacement accordingly.
