Surfside Retreat Unit B - Oceanfront Triplex

Feel all the stress disappear as you cross the beautiful Usina Bridge (Vilano Beach) and get your first glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. You are only five minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and just a few steps from the beach. Come and enjoy your time on the Island, the ocean breezes, a sunrise like no other, shelling, strolling on the beach, sitting on the deck just enjoying a good book.

Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!


Guests will have access to the south side of the downstairs of the home. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.

The parking area is shared by all units. Unit B is allowed two vehicles max.


Please note: The home is split into three separate units.

This listing is for Unit B (downstairs, south side of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.

Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit C is the entire upstairs.


Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
