The living room has plenty of seating for cozy movie nights on the large smart flat screen television equipped with all the classic apps: Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max (user login required).

There is a diverse selection of sleeping arrangements for a variety of guests. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a flatscreen smart TV. There is also plenty of space for your vacation gear in the generous walk-in closet. This spacious bedroom has a personal bathroom which features a shower with a beautiful stone backdrop. To top it off, there is a patio door that delivers easy access to the pool deck.

The first guest bedroom has many of the other amenities found in the primary suite, including a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious slide door closet. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the final guest bedroom that includes two twin size beds, ceiling fan, and a mirrored sliding-door closet.

The full kitchen is supplied with everything you need to whip up poolside snacks or culinary masterpieces. There is also a door that leads to the outdoor barbecue which make for effortless summer cookouts.

Located 5 minutes away is downtown palm springs which is filled with world-class restaurants and has been a choice destination for celebrities since the Hollywood golden age. This home is designed to deliver a one-of-a-kind Palm Springs vacation.

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
