THE WRAPAROUND BALCONY
One of the best features of Unit 501 is its expansive, furnished wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf. Unlike a standard condo balcony, this one wraps around the unit and can be accessed directly from the primary king bedroom, living room, kitchen area, and one of the guest bedrooms.

Enjoy your morning coffee with a Gulf breeze, relax outside after a day at the beach, or gather together in the evening with plenty of outdoor space for the whole family.

And the views aren`t limited to the Gulf - lake views can also be enjoyed from the guest bedroom window, giving the condo beautiful views in both directions.

CONVENIENT 5TH-FLOOR LOCATION
The 5th floor offers a great combination of views and convenience - high enough for beautiful Gulf views without being dozens of floors above the resort.

Families will especially appreciate being just one floor above the 4th-floor kiddie pool and fitness center. The balcony also overlooks the kiddie pool area below, making Unit 501 particularly convenient for families traveling with children.

EASY, WAGON-FRIENDLY BEACH ACCESS
Getting to the beach with kids, coolers, chairs and a wagon can be one of the hardest parts of a beach vacation.

In addition to Laketown Wharf`s main beach access near Pineapple Willy`s, guests can conveniently use Public Beach Access 34, located just across from the South Tower parking garage.

This step-free, wagon-friendly route provides easy access to the sand and leads to a stretch of beach that is typically less congested than the main access near Pineapple Willy`s.

With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a twin bunk nook and sleeper sofa, Bikini Bottom comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it a great choice for families, multiple couples or groups traveling together.

The Gulf-view primary suite features a king-size bed, TV, private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The spacious primary bathroom includes a double vanity, garden tub and separate walk-in shower.

- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
