Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Unfortunately, September brought our beautiful town a gnat infestation that we have never seen before. Due to our rainy summer and high temps late in the season, many mountain towns across the area experienced the same issue. While some homes were fortunate (most that had access to AC units), and didn't experience too many getting inside the homes, many homes that needed to have the windows open to stay cool did experience them inside the homes. They were small enough to get in through the screen holes, so there was not much we could do to prevent them. This is NOT a typical experience for our area. Most residence in the area had never seen anything like it before. We are fortunate, now that it is October- the temps have cooled and the gnats are gone.
