Great Condo and location

The property was nicer than the pics. They need updating. We had a good trip despite hurricane Helene. Fully stocked kitchen. Couches were not very comfortable and more lighting is needed for the living area.

Fully stocked & very spacious

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking pans, pots, utensils, and appliances you may need. The condo is very spacious and allows for your own private oasis. Lots of sand toys, wagon, and boogie boards for the kids to use! Thank you! The only ‘it would be better if’s’ that I can say are (1) I wish you could walk directly from the pool to the room instead of going through the lobby (2) the master bed is extremely firm - it would be more comfortable with a pillow top or egg crate. These 2 things didn’t keep from giving it a 5 star rating though.

Important Amenities listed not Available

Heated pool not available as listed. This was main thing I looked for because of booking in February. My grandchildren were coming and I knew many of rentals only have seasonal heating. The unit itself was very nice but that wasn’t the most important part for our vacation.Real Joy didn’t show concern over this and didn’t share the fact that there was a small heated pool across from us that we could use. Several days later others staying at our complex informed us. Very upsetting.

Claudia, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We are sorry that the pool, which is seasonally heated, was not heated during your stay. Our records indicate that we spoke with the Community Association Manager who informed us that none of the pools on the property were heated at the time and we passed this information on to you. We're glad you were able to find a heated pool and we hope you were able to enjoy it. We are glad that the unit was nice and we hope everything else about your stay was as well. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.
