The 1st outdoor space offers a 10,000 gallon pool, hot tub, loungers, and a sitting area with a large TV. The 2nd outdoor space, off the kitchen, is a great place to grill, dine, and converse at the end of the day. On cooler evenings you can enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. Feel free to bring along your furry friend to enjoy our fully fenced compound! All bedrooms have brand new mattresses and are equipped with Smart TV's and charging stations. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need from holiday celebrations to quick breakfasts. Arlington Park a mere 5 minutes to downtown and the marina, boasts scenic walking trails around a lake, and a large dog park for both large and small breeds. My wife and I live within 5 minutes of the property and are quick to respond to anything you may require!

Of note, the pool isn't heated, and during the winter months it will become much cooler than normal. We hope you can enjoy the hot tub on those days!
