Location! This is a spacious, one-floor ranch, and easily accessible home equipped for short and long-term stays. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is less than 12 minutes away from the beach and minutes from downtown Sarasota: We are right off Bee Ridge Rd, and only 5 miles from the stunning Siesta Key Beach and walking distance to Trader Joe's and other stores. Newly renovated with style and fully equipped with all amenities. Relax in your own private oasis-like backyard, and enjoy the brand new heated pool, fenced-in yard, grill and the covered patio, and have the convenience of being close to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

The house:
Welcome to our family-friendly, luxurious, and spacious vacation home located just minutes away from the #1-rated beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The house has 5 Bedrooms, with the fifth bedroom currently set up as a dedicated workspace/office with a single bed for your convenience!

The LIVING ROOM is a large space that is perfectly set up to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. With its large sectional sofa, extra comfy throw pillows, and large 65" smart TV, Samsung Bluetooth Speaker system, you can stream your favorite shows and music in full comfort

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, induction cooktop, built-in microwave/oven, and dishwasher. You'll have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to mixing bowls, storage containers, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, and silverware. There is an informal breakfast table that can seat 4 people.

A separate DINING area features a dedicated space that is perfect for gathering family and friends over a delicious meal, the table can easily seat 6 people, and you can pull up a few chairs to seat more.

Three of the bedrooms have King size beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Fifth has a workspace with single bed.

House is equipped with a smart lock, and you'll receive a personal access code prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, including the front and back yards, and covered parking space area can enjoy the quiet side street neighborhood or head out to one of the several delicious restaurants nearby.

This is a family home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Weekly pool and lawn care will happen during your stay.

* CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area and near the grill. Guests and guardians of minors take full responsibility for their safety and release the property owners/hosts from any liability for injury that may occur during their stay.
* GLASSWARE IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA for safety reasons.
An additional cleaning fee will be incurred for broken glass found in the pool or surrounding area. We welcome well-behaved pets for an additional fee of $150

Please Note:
We have a heated pool. Heat is turned on from November 20th through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs ( up to 80F).
FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates or above 80F will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.
