Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Property needs to be updated and painted in a lot of areas. Door to bedroom had previously been kicked in and broken near latch....it had been painted over.

Great view.

Excellent view with excellent access to beach. Location is mid- Miami beach. North Beach is fancy shopping, South Beach is the party scene. But lacks central heating, bodywash, dish soap, laundry room was difficut to use with lack of wi-fi. Parking is additional 30 per night. Check-in is with lobby, no need to contact host.

Perfect for price!

Location is not the best for activities but so perfect for the beach. Room was not as pictured. As far as pricing goes it doesn’t get any better. Would stay again!

The place was great for me and my family! Very clean and convenient. My only request would be to have some instructions on check -in process and location guidelines and expectations for example, trash, cleaning, laundry etc.

It was a great location away from the busy style of South Beach Miami. The property has a wonderful view of the ocean for a nice sunrise. A really clean place except for the carpets were really worn and stained. I would stay here again.

Disgusting

I wish i could add pictures. This place is NASTY if was not what was shown in the pictures. The furniture was run down, room was extremely dirty. Personal was rude. TAKE BLANKETS the beds only had a top sheet, also the beds were as hard as concrete and the pillows are as flat as paper. Thank God we were only there one night before our cruise

Description needs more details

The description of this property was a bit misleading. This is an old hotel on the Atlantic waterfront. The only thing accurate about the description was the layout of the room. The pictures were NOT of the exact room, and they do not show the condition of the rooms, which are old, with cracking paint and old furniture. The room was very clean, but the sliding door onto the balcony was not sealed, leading to a very humid atmosphere inside the room. However, the staff was courteous and responsive, and the property is convenient to all points of interest, and the view from our room was beautiful.

The property was beautiful and clean. The view was gorgeous. I found it strange there were no additional towels, trash bags and only one pod for dishwasher. We were disappointed in the restaurant/bar hours.

Amazing stay with an amazing view

I was skeptical booking this based on the negative reviews. I’m glad that I kept this booking. The room is exactly to the listing. We couldn’t be more happy with our and enjoy our time here. The staffs were friendly and the towels services were great. Great place and locate near the beach. Don’t get me started on the view from our balcony. We couldn’t get enough of the view and wake up every morning to see the blue ocean. We didn’t want to leave the place. I would recommend this place to family. Thank you for making my birthday celebration perfect like I wanted and accommodating to my requests.

Rental did not match pictures

While the place was clean and the check in and check out process were both super easy. The apartment was not the same as the one that is featured in the pictures. There was no ocean front balcony and furniture did not match what we intended on having for the couple of days.

No wash clothes had to wait till next morning after traveling a whole day with lay over in flights due to storms. Front desk was not friendly. Didn't know the area for food after 9 pm. Roaches in the room on last day of stay. Tables and nightstands and bathroom mirrors need to be updated worn out and old Couch needed to be cleaned. No water in fridge when that was to dispene water. Curtains was dirty. And required a $500 deposit after paying for ins. Would not recommend this place for rent.Wa noclean or updated

Month stay

Overall the experience was not great. If you have high expectations…dont. The property is not well maintained. The staff never smiles . They barely look at you. We were there for 1 month and near the end some of the staff began acknowledging us with a head nod. The carpets and fabric furniture are not clean. The gym equipment is old and mostly broken. The gym hours are limited to weekdays from 6am to 11am and then they re-open at 5pm till 11pm. Why they closed during the day still baffles me. The place is well located , right on the boardwalk and has a lot of potential. The owners should look at revamping and renovating the condos and it would be great! The property manager, Kimberly was great and super helpful. In the end we loved the location so much that we overlooked all the negatives and re-booked for next year!

Horrible Management, Unsafe Conditions, but Great Location

We had a very disappointing experience at this property, and I feel obligated to share the details so others can avoid the same situation.Misrepresentation of BookingUpon arrival, we were told the ocean-view unit we originally booked was unavailable. After spending a long time on the phone with management, we were placed in another unit that was also not what we reserved. Traveling with two small children, this caused unnecessary stress and completely derailed the start of our vacation.Inadequate Kitchen AmenitiesThe kitchen was a disaster—there weren’t enough utensils, silverware, or glasses for a family of four. The frying pan was broken, the kettle was rusty, and the toaster didn’t work. We were told by management that they no longer provide these items, which makes no sense if the rental is advertised as fully equipped. Worse, they left broken, unusable items in the unit. Are guests expected to go shopping for kitchen essentials?Health Hazard: Black MoldThis was by far the most concerning issue. We discovered black mold in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets just a couple of days before our departure. During our stay, my son developed respiratory issues, coughing, and rashes, which we suspect were caused by mold exposure. Black mold is a major health violation and completely unacceptable in a rental property. Condo was great, but the amenities were not

The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony doesn't match the picture, it is on the side of the condo, but we could still see the beach and ocean. The amenities of this condo are nothing to celebrate. A square pool that is only open from 10 am to 6 pm (it says 9 am, but they were always cleaning it at 9 am...). The umbrella/beach chair guys are super lazy... They told us they would offer drink/food service, but they never actually walked around and took orders. They also took our chairs/umbrellas at 4:30 pm, which is super annoying when the sun is still shining for 4 more hours! The poolside bar was insanely expensive and slow. If you choose to rent this place, just plan to bring your own food and drinks to the beach.

Not As Described

You will NOT get a room closest to the beach as shown. This listing is NOT at all accurate. Its a rip off and deceiving. Nothing in the listing was accurate for our stay. Furniture; we did not have enough seating. One small love seat and two chairs. Kitchen layout; no opening from the kitchen to the living room. The “master bedroom” had two full size beds. Property manager couldn’t be bothered with taking our call. This is the first time using VRBO. They were no help with this issue. Run down, smelly place. The elevators did not always work. The property owner should be ashamed and they should be sued.

Bait and Switch tactic

The property is beautiful. I have stayed here many times before. When I saw this listing I was sure that is was a balcony directly facing the oceanfront. All pictures indicated that it was a direct oceanfront balcony. I had stayed here 5 weeks prior so I knew what I was looking for Jv terms of the apartment. When I went to check in the gave me another unit. This the bait and switch tactic. They said that the pictures on the listing I reserved were from multiple apartments. Which was Untrue. The girls at the front desk were not helpful and kept telling me to contact VRBO. I knew Melissa rented these units and she pretended not to be there. I messaged Melissa or “front desk agent” multiple times and she did not contact me until VRBO reached out to her. So on our first day of “vacation” I had to argue with multiple people to get the unit I rented. They ended up moving me the second day to the unit I rented. Melissa would not compensate me for her mix up or admit she was doing something unethical. Very disappointing. After we were settled in the new apartment we had a great time. Beach and pool area is beautiful. They have a nice little restaurant on premises. They also have a convenient store next store for your morning coffee or other little item you need. Cons- Security is harsh on the kids and would not let them jump on trampoline without a parent there. My kids are older so don’t need intensive supervision. Female security guard walks around telling people what to do which is totally unnecessary and stressed my kids out. Would totally stay here again but not book through front desk agent unless I didn’t care what unit I got. Just ask a lot of questions before booking.
