This property is a duplex meaning there are two units. This is the listing for the upstairs unit.
This unit is three bedrooms, two baths with a full kitchen and open concept living and dining area. There is a raised deck with views of the back river, sunsets, and dock with luxury Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy.
There is a shared laundry room in the downstairs front porch to the right of the entrance. This space is shared with the downstairs guests. The upstairs patio is private to you.
The dock is also shared with guests staying downstairs. Please be mindful of the guests staying below you and honor quiet hours after 10pm.

The property is keyless entry. There is a keypad located on the door. You will be provided with check in instructions to include the code for the property the day prior to your arrival. There is free parking located in front of the property in the gravel driveway. However, parking through out the island off of the property is metered to the city of Tybee and is strictly enforced. Please be mindful not to block any cars in the driveway, as there may be other guests staying on the property in the other unit.

This property is located steps from the back river beach and a short walk to the south end beaches, surrounded by the island's main strip of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, surf shops, and more!

Guests can choose to rent bikes from a local rental company or a golf cart. However, this is not necessary to get around given the property's walking accessible location. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm to 8am. Since this property is a duplex, we ask that you are mindful of guests staying below you.
