This was a great stay and condo. The pool was very nice and the grounds were quiet. The condo had great outdoor space and many items that were helpful during our stay. Hector was very responsive and communicated all processes very well.

The host, Hector, was available at anytime to answer any questions. The house is beautiful and clean. Terrace was big and welcoming . AC was working perfectly. Beach was less than a minute walking, Pool was clean and safe . Safe neighborhood, so close to the beautiful rainforest. I highly recommend this property!

Property was better than we anticipated… the outdoor spaces of the actual condo were amazing and we ended up using that space more than the pool area.

We had a great time here, good location, beautiful property, easy to deal with instructions and manager. We will likely be back in the future.

Wonderful Week in Puerto Rico

The house was very comfy and the landlord was quick and helpful to respond to all our questions. We were not too far from many interesting sights and we really enjoyed the beach!!! It was swimmable most days.

Hector was an excellent host- very responsive and helpful. Property is in excellent condition and home was well stocked to get us started. Property location is perfect. Steps from the ocean, great grounds and excellent pool. Located close to the rainforest and kiosks as well- highly recommend for families. We’ve stayed in many beachfront condos, but this one had by far the best amenities and the most space - balconies also a great surprise!

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate. The communication with host was very good. Hector was very attentive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.

Wow, just wow! Super comfortable, air conditioning all worked great, super short walk to amazing private sandy clearwater Caribbean beach.Felt like home. Quiet neighbors that were all super friendly. Fantastic quiet location but close enough to all the fun. Well stoked with everything you might need. We barely used them because we were at the beach but the outdoor decks are a nice bonus. Picture the largest deck you have ever seen and then double that.

Our family of 5 loved staying here! Hector was an amazing host and so communicative. His instructions for check in were so clear and helpful. The condo provided everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels/chairsand toys. It was extremely spacious, modern and clean with many outdoor spaces. The location was phenomenal as the community has its own private beach access, which was quiet and gorgeous. There were also private pool and sport facilities that were great for the kids and not too busy. Location was perfect for getting to all the sites in Puerto Rico yet it was quiet and a perfect retreat. We would highly recommend for the perfect vacation getaway!

Beach-front large Pent House

The property was exactly as advertised. The beach was beautiful, practically deserted, and easily accessed. Nearby dining and carry-out options were excellent. The second floor patio / veranda was especially nice for relaxed dining and evenings. San Juan, El Yonque, and many other destinations were within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely use this rental again.

Hector is wonderful to work with and quick to respond with any questions. He also gave us recommendations on things to do locally. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs (several) beach towels and other things needed for day at the pool/beach. A lot of local places to eat where the food is fantastic! Explore rainforest just minutes away and Luquillo Beach. Old San Juan and the forts are also must see! We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful place to watch the beach and mountains and listen to the sounds of sweet birds each morning with coffee!

Incredible Stay in VRBO located in Rio Grande

We just finished our stay and the whole family wishes we had more time. The apartment is spectacular! Very clean & spacious. The Community was also very clean and safe. Close to many activities like horseback riding in Carabali, El Yunque rainforest, & Luquillo área if you want to venture out those the condo & neighborhood is too perfect & relaxing. The beach & pool area was in perfect condition as well. Hector is always available to communicate with and very attentive. By far the best host we’ve dealt with. Highly recommend & will definitely book again.the next time we come to PR. Thank you Hector for everything.

This Property was Amazing ! When I originally read the listing, it said multiple balconies, but I don’t think the listing actually does it justice. There are six balconies at this property. One is a huge terrace with a beautiful view full-size grill a large sectional outdoor couch a table that seats up to eight and then off every bedroom there’s a balcony. Our group of 7 couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The beach was beautiful. The pool was so nice. There were numerous places within a five minute drive to eat. There’s an excellent little bakery less than 2 miles from the room with good coffee, danish, local danishes, and breakfast. It’s extremely close to a strip that has lots of shopping. One of the best souvenir places is 2/10 of a mile from this condo Caribbean trading company. It’s less than a 10 minute drive from Laguillo beach. Directly across the street is the rainforest and zip lining. Hector was an amazing host. Any questions we had. He was extremely responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.!!!! We were sad to leave Few things that are helpful for large groups for this condoThe kitchen is massively stocked tons of pans, cutting boards plates cupsThere were about six beach towels, eight beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, and also sand toys there for the beach and pool.
