As with any waterfront property, there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming, kayaking, boating, and other water activities are enjoyed at your own risk, so please use appropriate caution while enjoying the river.

This is a peaceful riverfront home and not a party house. Excessive visitors, disruptive gatherings, and loud parties are not permitted out of respect for our neighbors and the surrounding community.

For the safety and protection of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located outside the home.
