We love for our guests to gain access to their rentals early whenever possible, but unfortunately, early check-in is not guaranteed as we work to clean and inspect each unit and ensure that it meets our high standard of cleanliness. We are disappointed to hear that you felt you received no personal attention during your stay. After looking it over, we see that our staff did continue to answer your questions hours after our normal closing time regarding the proper operation of the coffee pot and ice maker. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, and will share your feedback with our team so that we may address any areas of opportunity. Thank you for your review. I am very disappointed to hear of the challenges you encountered with the pool at Tides. The Tides homeowner's association advised us that the pool lock was in need of repair, but due to a global supply issue they unfortunately had to wait longer than expected to receive the replacement parts. We did offer to give you additional Xplorie tickets during your stay due to the inconvenience, but can certainly understand your frustration. Thankfully, we can confirm that the Tides has installed a new lock since your stay, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
