Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you had an overall 4-star experience and truly appreciate you sharing your comments. We’re sorry to hear about the elevator wait times. As the elevators are managed by the building, delays can occasionally happen during peak hours, but we completely understand how inconvenient that can be. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time 🌴

Thank you for your feedback! We're very happy to hear you enjoyed the amazing view and that communication with our team was quick and helpful during your stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the valet timing, as retrieving vehicles can sometimes take a bit longer during busy hours. Regarding the boarding pass link, we’re sorry it didn’t work properly in your case and will review it to make sure everything functions smoothly for future guests. We’re glad we were able to assist you promptly through text, email, and phone. We’d love to host you again on your next visit to Miami Beach! 🌴

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear everything was going well during your stay. We understand the elevator wait times can be frustrating during busy hours and truly appreciate your patience. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even smoother experience!

I'm very sorry to hear about the condition of the pool area during your stay. While we don’t directly manage the common areas, I’ve already reported this to the building management so they can address it with their cleaning staff. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back with a much better experience next time. Best regards,

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely review! We’re thrilled that the apartment provided the perfect setting for your girlfriend’s birthday, even if the weather didn’t fully cooperate. It’s great to hear the views and overall experience made it a memorable celebration. We appreciate your understanding about valet parking and are glad it was a helpful feature despite the process. And what a compliment that your girlfriend would consider buying the place—truly an honor! 😊 We’d love to host you again for more special moments. 🌅✨

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you found the place nice, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of basic amenities during the first part of your stay. It’s frustrating to go without essentials like a frying pan, a working stove, hot water, and dish towels, and we understand how this affected your experience. While we're glad things were eventually resolved, it shouldn’t have taken so long. Your comments are very helpful, and we’ll use them to ensure all units are fully equipped and properly inspected before guests arrive. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide the seamless and pleasant experience you deserve. 🌟

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the spectacular ocean views from the balcony and the direct beach access — it really is one of the highlights of staying here! It’s also great to know you enjoyed the heated pool, the tiki bar area, and the convenience of the market and coffee shop in the building. We appreciate your comments as well. The building itself is an older oceanfront property, which can sometimes give that impression, but we always make sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest — we’re glad the fresh linens helped provide that reassurance. The unit is intended to be a comfortable and practical space for guests who want to enjoy the beach, views, and location. Valet wait times and elevator performance can occasionally be longer during busy periods since they are managed by the building, but we do understand how that can be frustrating. We’re very glad you had a great long weekend in Miami and that the location and balcony views made your stay memorable. We’d love to host you again in the future! 🌊☀️

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We regret that we didn't fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will take them into account to continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer you a better experience.
