Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

I had to call to ask which bldg our unit was in. That should have been clearly posted with unit number. Also had to call for wifi password. I’ve never stayed in a rental that didn’t at least supply salt and pepper. Check in at 4:00, out by 10:00, you pay for 7 days when you’re there 5. I’ve stayed 3 years/times at Sandy Key and won’t be back.

Our standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow a very short window for housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams to properly prepare each property for the next arriving guest. The building name, arrival instructions, Wi-Fi information, coffee maker type, and unit amenities are all included in the personalized digital guestbook sent prior to arrival. We’re always happy to help if anything is missed or unclear. For guest safety, we do not provide open spices, oils, or other perishable pantry items in the kitchen. Reservation pricing is based on the nightly rate for the dates booked, and we did offer discounted additional nights in case you wanted to extend your stay and enjoy the beach a little longer. The only communication we received during your stay was a kind compliment regarding our team’s response, so we’re sorry to learn after departure that your experience did not meet expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condos had plenty of room for my husband and I and our four small children as well as my mother and father in law. Beautiful view, great pools and hot tub, Friendly staff, very clean, and super short walk to the beach with private beach accesS

everything was just as decribed and what you see in the pictures are accuate. Right on the beach perfect view. Room was awesome had everything we needed to cook with and plenty of towels. There is nothing bad about Cody's place. Everything was great and loved the location. Less crowded and very peaceful.

This is a very nice condo. We appreciated all the seating in the living room - room enough for all 8 people to have a seat. The kitchen was well appointed, but could use more forks and spoons. The beds were comfortable, but not anything spectacular. Wish I'd brought my own pillow, though. The unit is super convenient to everything. I would stay here again for sure!

Clean, comfortable, cozy

Family vacation

Had a great stay and fun beach time. Condo in good shape and great location. Like the 3rd floor so we did not use elevator much and walked stairs to beach. Great view from balcony.

Terrific View

We stayed during a cooler weekend and was unable to do much around the beach so the view itself made the stay much warmer than it really was outside.

Terrific location with amenities

Very clean, close to many shops and restaurants, great view of and access to the beach. Would be nice to have had some board and/or card games available. Would do something with the cords draping from the living room TV, it’s a bit of an eye sore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perdido Key

Loved the location to the beach. The condo was quiet and nice lay out. It was clean at first look but it seems it needs a good cleaning. Also no instructions on the tvs, we figured out the living room but not the bedrooms, kind of disappointing. We had plenty of bedding and towels but only 1kitchen towel and dishcloth. Overall it was ok.

Clean Condo and Property

The condo was ready on-time and clean upon our arrival. It had plenty of appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. including a nice Keurig. The beds and furniture were mostly comfortable. The only issue we noticed was with the sliding door from the living room to the balcony. It was hard to open and could use some grease. The property was well-kept, and the beach wasn't very crowded for it being June. We used one of the pools and charcoal grills during our visit. This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and it is much quieter than Destin, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. However, there are less attractions if you want to take a break from the beach.

Nice and Quiet

Very clean and maintained property. We were they begore peak season but entire building was kept spotless. You would expect sand to be everywhere but maintenance and cleaning crew seemed to be on the ball. Condo itself was furnished well and appliances were newer models. (BTW, that it is not a drip coffee maker)Luggage carts and trash chutes are a very nice touch. Some suggestions (not complaints) Better instructions for door lock, tv controls were not set up in any room. Either TV volume wouldn't work or cable wasnt set up in any room. Showerhead needs replaced in guest bath. Signs of mold where water is left sitting. Probably can't do anything about parking lot but more lengthy vehicles have absolutely no room to park. And the gravel/gray rocks are just going to dirty up the place.

Beach Vacation

The property itself was very nice and we had a great view of the beach and pool. The beds were decently comfortable and most of the appliances were newer, which we appreciated. One of the downsides, however, was that the toilet in the guest bathroom frequently did not flush, even after a maintenance person came to fix it. The other issue we had was that at one point, my family member was in the condo by themselves when someone came in to the condo unannounced. She called out several times from the bedroom asking who was there and no one responded so when she came into the living room all she saw was the person shutting the door. We called the guest services phone number to try and figure out who it was and they said it was not the maintenance person or a housekeeper, and they really weren't sure who it could have been. I will say, they were very helpful when we decided we would leave a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying, and made sure we would get a refund. Overall, a decent condo but probably wouldn't stay again after that experience.
