Brand new 3BR/2Bath condo with rooftop pool/hot tub on very quiet beach

Completely remodeled luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. Welcome to The Due Unit 3B in Mexico Beach, Florida. Enjoy panoramic Gulf of Mexico views right from the balcony. There is a private door from the master to the balcony. Master features king sized bed, oversized bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with a twin over full bunk bed and closet. Every room has its own flat screen TV. WiFi included. Gated access to the rooftop pool and hot tub where you can relax, swim, or grill out. Our condo has private beach access, covered parking spot, and less than an hour away from Panama City Beach and all of their attractions. If PCB is too loud for you, you'll love your stay in Mexico Beach where it's quiet, laid back, not crowded, and everyone is friendly.

Stunning sunset views from the balcony. Quiet, beautiful beach. Easy beach access. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable and well maintained. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The view was awesome. Condo was well-appointed and communication with the owner was great. The only challenge was there was no beach service for chairs/umbrellas, but a quick trip to Dollar General just 3 miles east fixed that. There was a lot of dead fish on the beach as MB had a red tide. Comfortable condo, great place to vacation as it was quiet town. We'll be back and hope to rent the same condo!

If you're looking for breathtaking views and a laid-back beach vibe, this is your spot! The condo is gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfy (you never know what you'll get in a condo, but this bed was good!), and the furniture was nice and comfortable. It was nice that beach chairs were provided, and communication with the owner was fantastic! I only have 1 comment, but didn't take off any stars. And the elevator didn't work for our entire trip. That was a bummer, lugging our bags and groceries up 3 flights of stairs, but it wasn't anyone's fault, just bad timing. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again!

Unit was really nice - as pictured. Beautiful view and beach - there were remnants of the red tide along the beach (dead fish and fish parts) but town sweepers did a great job of getting them up.

The condo was clean with beautiful views. We didn’t have the code to the door when we arrived, but received it after messaging the property owner. The elevator broke during our stay, but that is no fault of the owner. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

check in was a bummer due to the elevated not working and the door code not working. The host and property manager was very prompt and helpful. After finally getting in the unit it was a very pleasant stay. The love bugs were very bad first day or two, not due to unit but due to nature.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was immaculate and one the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in in a vacation. Loved that the condo is furnished with quality furniture. Owners were quick to respond to any messages sent! Would definitely book here again!

Bad from the beginning…could not get in my room until after check in time did not provide me code to door so I could get in …. Had to call and find out why then I was told had a problem with the WiFiStill should have given me my door code Then I was told meet someone at the room with a key but nobody was there I called the host after texting and told him I couldn’t get in He then said he would check with the person who was supposed to have the keyHe then text me back and told me to look under the mat …it would have been nice to know at first…found a key…wrong key called host told him the key would not fit he then told me to check if the power was on the door lock and it was he then told me a code to get in with….THIS REALLY HAPPENED exactly the way I described it Elevator stop working had to carry luggage and gear down stairs…a very disappointing and probably will not book this property ever again.

Had a great time at this location

A wonderful view of the beach from the unit. From the master bedroom the beach can be seen from the bed, so you can wake up with a gorgeous view. The sunsets were spectacular from the balcony.

Best Place Ever

This was an amazing place right on the beach! So nice to not have to cross the road to get to the beach, especially with little kids that like to go back and forth from the beach to the room and pool. The pool is not huge but nice to be able to take a break from the beach and rinse off for the kids. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. Amazing beach views!

Awesome property

We loved this property. The location is perfect with direct beach access and the condo is exactly as described. The rooftop pool and hot tub was the icing. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and some small towns to do a bit of shopping. Really is a lovely place.

Absolutely Gorgeous

This place is amazing. We had some rainy weather one day but the views from the master bedroom and living room are stunning so we still feel like we were able to enjoy the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Weekend getaway

Great condo, greater location! Nice to get away from city life and enjoy peace & quiet! Dolphins playing off the coast gave us quite a show! It really was everything we needed.

Great condo & location, but…

Overall, great place & location. If you want lots of things to do, go to Panama City. Mexico Brach is very quiet & laid back. We’ve been here 3-4X before & we like the quiet. This condo is well done & had great direct view of Gulf. Suggestions to improve - grab bars in both baths/showers; Better coffee maker (carafe leaks); directions on using TV’s (bedroom TV’s only get streaming services). All-in-all, we’d definitely stay here again. If you want a nice restaurant, you’ll have to go to Port St. Joe or PCB as Mexico Beach hasn’t fully recovered from hurricane Michael, so mostly food trucks.
