Mexico Beach truly is a hidden gem on the forgotten coast. This low key beach town is the perfect place to relax and unwind with the whole family. Our centrally located MB 4 bed/3 bath house, built in 2024, is only 100 steps from the beach and within walking distance of many of MB's quaint shops and restaurants.
Once done at the beach, the outdoor shower makes for an easy and fun way to get the family clean. This house has plenty of other outdoor features to keep the everyone entertained. The covered lanai is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole boards and now a newly added putting green! Grill your meals at the outdoor cooking station while the kids make Smores in the backyard fire pit.
If you want to bring the fun inside, you'll find Smart TV's in every room!

LIVING ROOM: 70" Smart TV, and various puzzles and board games.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you feel the need to cook for your crew or entertain. Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Margarita Machine are all at your disposal.
