We apologize for the experience you had during your stay. This particular condo is one of our most highly rated properties and has consistently received positive reviews, so it’s very disappointing to hear of the issues during your stay. During your stay, we remained in contact and worked to assist you as best we could. We promptly scheduled an additional pest control treatment and followed up with you to ensure it was addressed. When you mentioned that you had already done additional cleaning, we refunded the cleaning fee to reimburse you for the inconvenience. We also offered you the option to move to another property to make sure you had choices during your stay. We discussed taking about your stay at check out, we met with you in person, discussed the issues, and provided additional compensation for the inconvenience you experienced. Since your stay, we’ve taken corrective steps, including a deep clean of the unit, additional pest control measures, and improved follow-up procedures with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are committed to making sure this does not happen again. While it was a pleasure to host you, we are sorry that your vacation was impacted and appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Pam, Thank you for choosing my condo for your stay, I am very surprised to see this review. I personally did a thorough walk through and inspection of the condo on 2/17/22. Our location does have a great tiki bar and snack shack by the pools, but as stated in the description, they are only open seasonally. We are in the winter months and it is currently closed. I also confirmed that there is plenty of seating for the dining tables. There are 6 chairs at the table, 4 barstools and each room has an additional dining chairs, 3 extra chairs. There is also a full bistro table on the balcony with 6 chairs. There are a total of 4 beds, master and first guest bedroom have high end tempurpedic mattresses, they are in great condition. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, they are fully incased coils and with a plush top. I was not able to find any issues with the beds, please feel free to contact me so I can have more info on the beds. We do have thin soft pillows. We have received comments on our previous pillows so we chose to use the flat style. I am happy to have additional pillows put in the condo so our upcoming guests will have more options. We do have additional throw blankets in the closets, they are in great condition. They are extras to wrap up in while watching TV. I also did a full cleaning inspection and am happy to report that the condo meets my strict 5 star standards, and you can see from the amazing reviews, we do offer a very clean condo. I found a quarter size chip in the popcorn ceiling by the ac vent. We do remove the vents to dust and clean. I will have the area touched up, I apologize if there was an issue with that area. The condo is equipped with a lot of great supplies, however we do inform our guests that we are not able to leave reusable supplies like spices and oils in the condo. We are still practicing an abundance of caution for our guests. I am sorry to see that you had some parts of your stay that you were not happy with. After reviewing the condo with my team, we are confident and excited to host our upcoming guests and offer a great 5 star vacation condo.
