We had the misfortune to stay at this property during Hurricane Lowell. However, we could not have been in a better place to weather the storm. The condo is located on the second floor so while some first and third floor units had water leaks, this unit did not. The unit is beautiful, just as pictured, and very well maintained. It was clean and had everything we would need in the kitchen & bathrooms, including great local coffee to get you started, a first aid kit and some sunscreen. The host stocks boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, and coolers. The bed is large and extremely comfortable! Our hosts were very respectful and communicated well. One thing to be aware of, is that the window air conditioner unit is only sort of effective in the bedroom, and it runs so loudly that we had to turn it off so we could sleep. I would also like to note that the Cliffs desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL during the hurricane aftermath. They went above and beyond to help guests in a stressful situation. Overall, I would highly recommend these excellent hosts and their beautiful condo with gorgeous views!

We had an amazing stay at this Jerry and Barb’s condo. We have stayed in Princeville before, and this was the best location that we have found in all our stays. The condo is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the amenities and the attention to detail that the Simpson family has provided to every aspect of their property. We hope to return someday

I absolutely loved my stay here! The ocean view is incredible and made the whole experience feel so special and magical. The location was also perfect, close to Hanalei, right in Princeville, and easy to get over toward Kilauea, so it really felt like I was in a great central spot for exploring this part of Kauai. The space itself was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and organized when I came in. I came to Kauai to get some work done as well as enjoy the island (WiFi is great), and this ended up being the perfect place for both. The kitchen was really well stocked, and there was an abundance of supplies and little things available throughout the home, which I really appreciated.Communication with the host was great and everything felt easy and smooth. I also enjoyed the fact I could get a couple yoga classes right below the condo. The place did get a little warm at times, but there was a beautiful ocean breeze that helped a lot.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Kauai, especially if you love being able to look out at the ocean every day. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, watched whales breach and tail slap, located close to a grocery store for cooking supplies (easy to cook/clean with upgraded appliances), great proximity to Princeville airport (helicopter tour!) and the complex jacuzzi felt great after we hiked down into and back out of Waimea Canyon.

Wonderful place to stay!! Amazing views of the ocean. We saw whales from our lanai every day we were there. Very clean unit. Nice extra touches, umbrellas, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers. This unit felt like a home away from home! The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus.
Very relaxing lanai with gorgeous view
The kitchen right off the lanai. I could get into cooking at home if I had a few like this.

Excellent stay and highly recommend this vacation property. Very clean. Perfect location. Loved the view from kitchen with ocean and mountains. Saw many whales from lanai. Pool area for adults is great and other vacationers very friendly. Perfect walking neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The mattress is on the soft side but having two full bathrooms is a real plus. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect stocked with all things necessary for a beautiful time. We stayed last year and came back because it met our needs and we were pleasantly surprised by new floors and furniture this year. The hosts were amazing and communication was awesome. We are planning our trip for next year already.

Beautiful stay at the Cliffs

This condo has beautiful views that allowed us to feel Hawaii even as we relaxed "at home" in between outings. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals at home; and the property owners were very helpful and available for any of our questions.
