We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a wonderful location with an amazing view. Even though there was work being done on the exterior/roof of the buildings, we were never disturbed. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly when we reached out. We would recommend staying at this location.

This is a beautiful location in Princeville. We sat on the couch or patio daily and enjoyed the ocean view. This unit was perfect for my husband and I. The king bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner and fans made the entire unit very comfortable even on muggy days. This unit also felt very private and was very quiet. Loved every minute!!

Great place to stay. Good location in Princeville, and close to Hanalei, where there are more restaurants and tourist activities. Having the sliding class doors out to the lawn is great, beautiful view. The shower in the small bathroom worked great, because the tub/shower in the larger bathroom isn't really set up for use as a shower.

We loved this condo! We met family from California who rented another condo in the community and had a fabulous vacation! We would definitely love to stay here again! My only surprise was that there wasn’t a TV in the master bedroom (we often watch tv at night - so the quiet took some getting used to).

We had the best time staying at this Princeville condo and would definitely love to come back!The condo lanai felt very private and peaceful with a gorgeous golf course and ocean view. The host was so friendly and incredibly quick to respond to any questions, which made everything easy and stress-free.We also really appreciated how quiet it was during our stay. Even with the construction, we hardly noticed any noise at all and were still able to enjoy hearing all of the beautiful birds each day.The grill / pool / hot tub area on the property was really private and awesome, we used it daily! The condo was large, comfortable, relaxing, and located in such a great spot in Princeville and close to everything we wanted to explore in Hanalei. We truly had the best stay and highly recommend!

Large 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with excellent location just 15 minute walk down to the beach next to the One Hotel and 15 minute drive down to Hanalei Bay. Unit is beautifully furnished and kitchen is very well stocked with ample cooking utensils, new applianes, lots of pots and pans, beautiful dishes and everything we needed. The patio looks out to the well manicured grounds with a view of the ocean. The living room is large and very comfortable. We've stayed at many complexes in Princeville over the years and this was clearly one of the best.

Perfect condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The location was great, close to Hideaway’s beach, which was one of our favorites, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. The condo in itself was very clean, comfy bed, and we loved that it was well stocked! It was nice having all the beach things we would need for our stay as well! I would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice Princeville condo

Spacious and clean. Nice morning view with the ocean in the background. Only downside is the AC, which is only in the bedroom and very loud.

The inside of the property was clean and well stocked. (Except there was no toaster). The view was amazing! The owners did a great job of putting together a notebook of things to do and places to go! Much appreciated! The property managers were prompt about sending info about checking and out. They also responded right away. The property was under a lot of construction. Had to jockey around dumpster of debris from stair cases eyebrows and roofs. The out side of the property was very dated(rusty in need of paint and Lani was not clean and smelled of mildew Property owner told us they were going to be working on the stairs but it was a little whole llot more going on.

Peaceful beauty in perfect location

Peaceful, private, comfortable, … the lanai looks out on beautiful landscaping & the golf course beyond. Easy walk on Emmalani grounds to the bluff for sunsets. Albatross are nesting in a grove of palm trees nearby. Ten minute walk to Pua Poa beach (safe swim/snorkel) - path to the left at 1 Hotel Hanalei. Path down to Hideaways (we don’t swim there). Very well equipped kitchen. All great amenities. Lots of beautiful walks.

Exterior refurbishment happening at the complex during our stay. Large dumpsters and construction worker vehicles are limiting available parking. Construction noise wasn't an issue during our stay and I'm sure the completed project will be beautiful. The interior of the unit is clean and comfortable. A toaster is provided (read a previous review that there was none) and kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Master bed is comfortable and that room includes an air conditioner. Lots of fans throughout. We did not use the tub/shower in the master bath because It's very deep and easier to shower in the second bathroom. You can hear some street noises in the bedroom, especially if the window is open at night. Nice views when you walk out to the overlook including sunset/sunrise if you time it right. Temperature of the pool and hot tub were good although there were no shade structures provided. Host is prompt to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a lovely condo perfectly located. Unfortunately, there was a huge renovation project going on the entire compound. We were informed ahead of time that it would be a reroofing project, but it was much more than that.I hope go back someday in the future as we did enjoy the condo and I can’t wait to see all of the improvements to the property.

It has always been a dream of ours to have a property to call our own on this beautiful island, and we made our dreams come true this year! We chose Emmalani Court because of its unique Hawaiian charm, and close proximity to the best beaches on Kauai. It boasts a short 10 minute walk and hike to Hideaway Beach, for snorkeling, and a 10 minute drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay, a crescent shaped, white, sandy beach, best known for its calm summer waters, perfect for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, and the best nightly sunsets on the island. Queen's Bath is a short distance away and is one of the most unique hikes and experience on the island -- a perfect location for spotting sea turtles.

We are situated on the Makai Golf Course in the elite Princeville community, just steps away from the sunset overlook and 0.5 mile from the One Hanalei Hotel. A short walk through the Makai Golf Course will lead you to the Princeville Shopping Center for groceries, gas, restaurants and shopping, as well as the community children's playground. Or, take a 0.6 mile walk to the famous Queen's Bath hike.
