We made multiple attempts to reach you through the Vrbo platform, email, and text messages to address any concerns. We understand that not everyone is familiar with these tools and appreciate that your sister-in-law reached out to help coordinate. Listing Error (Spa): You are absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize for this error. Our listing mentioned a spa, but there is no such facility on the property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we have immediately corrected the listing to prevent future misunderstandings. Humidity and Slippery Floors: Condensation is a challenge in our humid climate in Las Croabas, especially when the powerful A/C units are set to very low temperatures. As a resident of the area, you know how humidity can affect properties. We have since placed anti-slip mats and updated our instructions to advise future guests on how to manage the A/C to prevent this issue. Step in the Hallway: The step is a part of the home's original design, and we regret that it was a concern for you. For our guests' safety, this was noted in the pre-arrival messages we sent you. Nevertheless, we have taken additional measures to make it more visible. Roosters: As you are familiar with the Las Croabas area, you know that roosters are a common characteristic of our residential neighborhood. We have added a note to our listing description to manage expectations for future guests. Beds and Fans: Bed comfort is very personal, and we are sorry the beds were not to your liking. We are considering adding memory foam toppers for future guests. Regarding the living room fan, we wish you had told us about the issue during your 11-day stay, as we would have fixed it immediately. We have since verified all cooling systems are working and have provided additional floor fans in the closet for anyone who wants them. Your detailed review has been an invaluable guide for us.
