Spread across approximately 1,400 square feet, this upper-level condo features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a recently upgraded mattress and a flatscreen cable TV. The primary bedroom features a new king bed and a sparkling en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The third bedroom has an additional queen bed with en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, and access to an oceanfront deck. The deck features patio chairs and an outdoor grill, allowing you to sear steaks, settle into a chair with your favorite beverage in hand, and admire the beachfront vista.

The main living room offers windows that frame panoramic views of the beach, filling the space with warm natural light. Settle into one of the comfortable couches and catch a movie on the flatscreen cable TV and DVD player. Free high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diegos lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park's miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 1 small dog. Some homes may have pet limitations and/or weight restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
