Nestled beneath an open hillside boasting scenic mountains and ocean views, our house offers the serene sounds of distant ocean waves and evening crickets. Our home provides a clean, classic space to relax and savor Ventura's finest weather. The spacious, cozy living room is perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventures. Sleep in comfort in our cozy beds and relish the beautiful weather this region has to offer.

Please note, that our historic home retains its original features including wood single-pane windows that may be weather-sensitive, and original wood floors that bear the marks of nearly a century of use.

- Back Unit: A separate unit at the back of the driveway is also listed online, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces.
- One bedroom requires passage through another bedroom.
- The fireplace is non-functional; no fires are allowed.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
