Stylish panoramic ocean views condo at Beach Cottages featuring an oversized balcony, 3 bedrooms plus a bonus bunkhouse, and upgraded finishes throughout. You are steps from stunning white sand beaches and can enjoy cotton-candy sunsets from your private balcony. Community amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills, plus private beach access just steps away and an on-site elevator for easy luggage and beach days.

Primary bedroom includes an oversized suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, Smart TV, and private oceanfront balcony access. Second bedroom includes two queen beds and a Smart TV. Third bedroom offers a queen bed, twin day bed, and Smart TV. A bonus bunkhouse off the kitchen features twin bunk beds and a TV. Hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. The stylish coastal living room features plush sofas, swivel chairs, and oversized windows and doors showcasing ocean views. The recently updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar seating for four, and formal dining for six. Enjoy a private oceanfront balcony accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom.

Stayed here for a week recently (family of 4 with two teens). Great amount of space. Clean property. Has all the amenities included to help you with your beach stay (chairs, umbrellas, towels). Great view of beach from living room and balcony. Communication with host was timely and effective. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is Amazing, the pictures are accurate if not understating. Secondly, the community here is so nice and welcoming, you will feel very safe and unbothered. The condo does sit in the older part of town, so not so walkable, and its main drive is quaint. However, this adds to the immense peace and serene atmosphere of the, almost exclusive feeling, beach,(which is pristine). The bird sanctuary is wonderful and engaging.The Unit is amazing, it will make you start trying to rationalize buying one. The views are the entire common area and master bedroom, the deck was spacious enough for 7 to eat, with room. The inside is cozy and spacious, with comfortable furniture and an abundance of blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped:dishes/utensils/pans. And hade everything I needed to prepare all the meals in house, for 6; with a giant fridge that kept me equipped. The bathrooms are basic, but spotless, functional, and equipped. The beds are sooo comfortable, sheets soft… if anyone made it down this far.. just rent the place!

We had a great week at Beach Cottage. The facility was up and running after enduring 2 hurricanes. Our unit was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, had all what we needed.

Beautiful Place !

This place was beautiful and right on the beach. Had beach chairs and towels and everything we needed. Stayed with family and small kids. Check in and out was an easy and seamless process. View from the balcony was amazing too!

The view was great, Perfect oceanfront!! The windows & slide doors allowed so much light to come in also! (The screen on the bedroom slide door was broke & one of the rocker/glider chairs in the living room was also broke). The use of space in the condo with sleeping arrangements was perfect. Didn’t seem overcrowded but gave enough space for a large family allowing enough personal space for everyone. The amount of beach stuff available to use was perfect (especially for a family trip). Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even sunscreen; which is great especially when you are packing for a family trip with limited room in vehicles. The only downside was we did hear our neighbors in the evenings while in the master bedroom but it wasn’t too loud. Also the neighbors would go out to their balcony and smoke cigarettes, so we would have to go back inside because we couldn’t stand the smell of it!! The only recommendations I would suggest for this stay is some comfier outdoor furniture for the patio & a bigger/thicker blanket for the king size bed in the master bedroom.

Clean but very inconvenient

It was teenage “beach week” … and we had no idea. The security was all over this property and we could not go in or out without proof that we were temporary residents of the condo. Wish we would have known how inconvenient everything would have been. Could not get in pool or hot tub because it was too packed every evening. We were stopped coming and going by security, asking for proof of who we were. The condo itself was nice and comfortable, with plenty of room, but we will never stay here again. The teenagers from Tampa took over the beach at our condo, and 9 sheriff vehicles were parked on our beach monitoring the mass amounts of teenagers. Awful for tourists who are trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We will stay in Madeira from now on.

This condo is spacious, clean, and bright with beautiful views from a large balcony, the living area and the master bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pelican population in this location and the bird sanctuary next door to us.We had everything we needed, plus a couple of niceties such as bidets in both bathrooms and ceiling fans and TVs in every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable with tons of drawer space to unpack in every bedroom. We did not need to contact the property owners, so I cannot speak to how easy they may or may not be to reach, if needed. They made no contact with us other than a message on VRBO prior to our arrival. However, it provided all needed information.The upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. But light colored, upholstered furniture would be difficult to keep clean looking in a unit right on the beach. The thermostat will not go lower than 70. But the unit is apparently well insulated. 71-73 kept the hot-natured in our party quite comfortable. The pool was being renovated, but a neighboring complex’s pool was available to us. It was a 5-min walk, so not a big deal. All in all, it is an exceptional unit. We likely will not be back to this area, but would definitely rent this condo again if we were.

This beautifully renovated condo has amazing views of a pristine beach. Every room was well-equipped with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. There were ample towels and a cupboard full of spices and cooking basics (sugar, cooking oil, etc. We were all able to access the condo and the amenities easily with codes. We spent hours on the patio watching and listening to the waves. The sunset views are gorgeous! Beach access is easy; there are rental loungers with umbrellas right in front of the complex, but the loungers aren’t necessary because the condo has a big closet full of beach chairs, toys, and sunscreens. The big tv has streaming access, but we only used it to screen mirror and play music. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient to restaurants. It’s only a few minutes’ drive to grocery stores, and there are carts to take your belongings and groceries to your room. The pool and hot tub are nice; we had pizza out there one night and watched the sunset. Check in and out was very easy. We didn’t need to contact our hosts for anything. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Wonderful!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! There was plenty of room for the five of us and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. Our favorite part was watching the sunset each night from the balcony right on the Gulf — location cannot be beat.
