Contemporary upgraded ground level cozy 1 bedroom with covered lanai with a wet bar looking over the golf course, ready for your relaxing stay. The unit is conveniently located directly across from the communal pool / hot tub.

For extra sleeping area, pull out queen in the living room is available.

Waikoloa village community is located about 25 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport, and about 8 miles above Waikoloa Beach Resort / beach. Waikoloa village community offers majestic views of the Kohala Coast and five nearby volcanoes: Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Kohala, Hualālai, and Haleakalā on Maui is known for its warm weather, tropical breezes, and stunning sunsets. The community offers shopping, restaurants, pool, and golf.

Great location, you can easily walk to the club house restaurant, golf and the club pool that has h20 aerobics. The condo pool is just steps away and when the weather is clear you can see the ocean from the back lanai. Only thing that would have been good to know is that there was not a lot of "leftover" kitchen stuff like most places have. Just worth mentioning if you plan on cooking. I was glad I brought my travel seasonings.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay from my trip to the big island! Waikoloa Village is centrally located, giving you great access to this side of the island. Only 20 minutes to Waimea for amazing barbecue at “The Fish and the Hog.” The pool is literally steps away for a quick cool off in the afternoon. If you like burgers, Smash Daddy‘s 808 is amazing and just across Waikoloa Road. If you wanna go max protein, get the 50-50 smash with bacon. For your morning coffee, you can go down the road to Starbucks or walk over to HiCO Hawaiian Coffee. The BLT sandwich and smoked salmon on toast are a great start to the day. I brought my bike with me on this trip because there’s great access to so many long rides with very little traffic and lots of great scenery including tons of wild goats! There are also great places to rent bikes if you need one. Bike Works Beach and Sport is located at the Queen’s Marketplace which is the big shopping center down the hill with great stores and even more food and groceries. If you’ve reached this point in my review, you now have most of what you need to have a great stay in Waikoloa on the big island. Enjoy!

Wonderful stay

This condo was nicely remodeled with upgraded appliances and furnishings. Very clean and good location, close to pool, tennis courts and golf. the owner and on-site manager were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This property isn’t only exactly as listed it’s also pretty central to many of the top sites to see on the whole island. The property manager was so polite. Had everything we needed and the locals were great.

Great Location

Right by the pool! Love the views. Nice kitchen to cook our meals. The kids preferred eating in. There’s a great grocery store nearby with lots of delicious meals too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Really enjoyed our time at this unit. It had everything we needed. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool, and grocery store. The owners were very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. Hope to stay again very soon!!!!

This was our first say at this property at Waikoloa Villas and at Waikoloa Village (we have stayed many times at Waikoloa Beach Village) - great trip, great unit, very responsive property owner and very polite / professional on site property manager. Perfect for families

This condo fit my family of 4 perfectly. Our 8 & 10 yr old shared the pull out couch in the living room. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in pool is literally steps away from the lanai yet noise wasn't an issue at all. Very quiet, beautiful grounds.
