Set high on a ridge between Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Bay, Botanica is a garden oasis spanning over an acre, with four standalone cottages.

By day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands.

At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds.

This one-bedroom cottage will comfortably accommodate two adults and comes fully-air conditioned with split air-con units in the bedroom and living space. Each area also comes with a ceiling fan. You will have access to fast wi-fi throughout the property.
The whole cottage is yours, including the outdoor patio and yard area behind the cottage (near the laundry room).

In this cottage, you will find:

Bedroom with king-sized bed (mattress is medium soft-firm) & 4 king-sized pillows, chest of drawers with six drawers for clothes, two lamps, two bedside tables and a large mirror;

Open plan living room with plush sofa, armchair and ottoman, side lamp for reading and a coffee-table you can move around to wherever you need it;

Smart TV with Netflix capability in the living room;

Fully-equipped kitchen contains reverse-osmosis filter for drinking water, a full-sized fridge with freezer, gas stove with gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, drip-coffee maker, pots and pans, dinnerware, water glasses, wine glasses and mugs;

Bathroom with hot/cold shower and tap, stand for clothes, hair dryer, clothes hamper;

Walk-in closet with extra blanket and quilt, ironing board and iron, laundry basket, ample velvet hangers on a rail to hang your longer outfits and space for your luggage;

Outdoor patio with space for you to sit down and have a drink under the coconut leaves, whilst looking out towards Jost Van Dyke island;

Under-house separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer;

Automatic backup generator in case of cuts to regular electrical supply.

Accessibility: accessible only by stairs, no wheelchair access.

Safety: there are no barriers around the outdoor patio and there is a drop of a few feet over the edge. Please be careful and stay away from the patio especially if you get dizzy or become intoxicated. By booking this cottage, you assume responsibility should you/anyone in your reservation fall over. Having said that, no one has fallen over the edge so far.

Getting around:
You will probably need a car (4-wheel is best but not absolutely necessary) or scooter, to get around comfortably on this island, due to the many hills and slopes.
