Renoveret som ny! Flot velindrettet, tre soveværelser, tre bad, stranden Condo i Turtle Dunes bygning af eksklusiv gated Amelia Island Plantation. Stor opskalere ende enhed er ca 2000 kvadratfod. Vigtigst, fantastisk havudsigt, strand, og pool hver inden for 50 yards.

Dette ikke-ryger Condo er det bedste af begge verdener ... Fantastisk udsigt over stranden fra din private tilbage terrasse, mens få hurtig adgang til både parkering samt stranden og poolen. Dette er stueetagen ... så ingen rode med elevatorer .... perfekt for dem med børn, eller med en ældre bedsteforældre. Perfekt til en ferierende familie eller gruppe. Walkover til strand er kørestol-venlige.

Master suite har king-size seng, andet har dronning, og tredje har to tvillinger. Hvert værelse er virkelig en suite knyttet til stort badekar. Stue har sofa-ikke en fold ud det ville helt sikkert arbejde for en syvende. Flere billeder og en quicktime lysbilledshow til rådighed via e-mail.

Stue, spisestue, og alle tre soveværelser har 10 fods lofter, og er pænt udpeget. For nylig opdateret badeværelse, recarpeted alle tre soveværelser, og opgraderede loftsventilator. Ikke din typiske strand leje.

Vi er inden for de luksuriøse rammerne af Amelia Island Plantation, blot et par miles syd for Ritz Carlton. The Plantation er Georgia hovedkvarter i Georgia-Florida weekend!

Beautiful condo at beautiful Amelia Island

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful and spacious with all we could need. The location was amazing - just a few short steps to the beach and pool. Lovely views and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend!

Best location to beach and pool ever!

The location of this rental is the best part! 30 seconds to the pool and 1 minute to the beach! Ground floor with easy in and out! Very clean.

Wonderful 50th getaway

We found the apartment to be quite spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities that you would need to cook at home, which we did!! the view to the ocean from the patio was epic and to be able to walk on the beach just from the patio was our favorite part. Secluded in nature, it was very peaceful and serene. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to future rentals but in the summer when it’s not so cold.!

Short get away

The accommodations were exactly as they were described. The unit was well appointed and close to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. We had never stayed on that end of the island before and we didn't find nearly as many sharks teeth as the other end of the beach closer to town, but that had nothing to do with our rental experience. We were very satisfied and the owner worked to help us accommodate some last minute changes in our schedule. We would gladly stay here again.

The dog fee was removed before you arrived. Again e tried to meet all of our guest expectations. If something is not up to your satisfaction we would try to accommodate you immediately like we did in this situation. A simple direction from us would have told you how to work the thermostat and the wheel could have been put on immediately. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during your stay.Thank youSand CountyFridayYou have obviously not addressed all of our concerns only the ones you wish to address. There were no directions in the unit as to how to use the thermostat. WE DID NOT RUN THE UNIT IN THE KITCHEN IT DID NOT TURN ON WHEN WE TRIED. The broken steps, the sink plunger which was moldy, the dirty dishes, We were waiting for you to find something else and YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING COMPERABLE!!! WE ASKED FOR A CREDIT FOR SOMETHING LATER IN THE YEAR. So - you did not meet your guests expectations and did not try very hard to address our concerns. These things should have been taken care of BEFORE WE RENTED THE HOME and should be fixed before renting again. We are very disappointed in Sand County.

Nothing in this review relates to our unit. Guest did not check in on June 6, we do not have a dog fee, and we are not familar with Sand County in any way. There are no steps in our unit, and there is no plunger. Furthermore, we received no complaints from our actual guest during this week.

Awesome Condo

Our group reserved this condo for the Ga/Fl game. The condo has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bath. It has a large kitchen. We didn't cook much while we were there but it seemed to be well stocked. It is on the ground floor so very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The only drawback was we had to pick up keys at a separate location because they didn't have a combination lock. This could change in the future. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious condo on the beach

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view too. We give David's condo a "big thumbs up" but not Vacasa (the rental agency) The rental agency gave us the wrong directions to the condo and the key they gave us didnt work to get in. Wasted 1 &1/2 hour trying to get in because of their errors.

Great property and fantastic unit!

Pool was closed due to construction, but we were made aware of the situation before booking, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Otherwise, amazing property, location and condo unit!

Great location!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being ground floor and close to beach/pool. We rented a golf cart and never had to leave the island only when we first arrived for a grocery run. We will rent again!
