Kahana Manor is located between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The complex offers a touch of old-world lifestyle with upstairs living and ground floor shops. Having a car is convenient but not necessary. We're right across the street from beach access. A few minutes' walk to "S" Turn Beach and all the sea turtles that sunbathe there. Playing in the ocean year-round is the norm.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. It’s ok

Not the best we been in Place not cleaned, pee drops around toilet and smelled like pee in bathroom. Everyday there was cannabis smell coming through building ventilation and stinking up the place, dust not cleaned off ventilation grids top of doors, sides of doors and top of art that’s hanging on walls, lots of dust that seemed like hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Dining table had dirty spots on it that hasn’t been cleaned.With communication there was no issues.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’appartement et très propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé près des commerces restaurant plage… nous avons eu le plaisir de voir presque tous les jours des tortues sur la plage à 10 minutes à pied et la danse des baleines
