This is our 3rd year staying in the condo. As always, the property is amazing Margie is amazing to work with and super responsive. We plan to stay again!!!

Parking was not ideal. Very small spot with 2 columns on either side of spot. The building is super secure. You need a button to open the gate and keys for access to building. The only negative on that was if you had a delivery food or grocery order you have to come open gate and come down to get it because you needed the keys to access the buildings. The showers were a little outdated and could have used brighter lighting. Other than that it was beautiful and Margie was so easy to work with. She made herself available day and night if needed. Not sure if she ever has a day off lol. Kitchen was beautiful and so was the view.

We had a very nice time at this place. Spacious condo, well equipped, very clean, and a long blacony with a beautiful view. Our family of 6 was confortable and had a very good time there.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time and the property was very well maintained. However, the beds were a little tough on our backs, but we had a great time in spite of that

Week Getaway

The property and location was perfect. We cannot think of one thing that was not perfect (except the weather!). We will definitely be back to stay at this property!

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loves the Kamla! The property is clean and conveniently located near all the shops, restaurants, and is oceanfront. The parking lot can be a little tricky the first couple of times you try to park, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.

Virginia Beach on the 4th of July

The location was perfect! And secure! The condo could use some upgrades with carpeting, taller and bigger toilets, fresh paint on the baseboards. The view from our 4th floor balcony was amazing for the fireworks over the water. Would definitely stay again.

This condo hes a beautiful view of the ocean.Condo is equipped with everything you ever need.Steps away from boardwalk and the beach.The place was very clean ,comfy and cozy.Easy check-in, check-out.The menager was very helpful.We highly recommended this place.

Great getaway with family

The property was identical (Inside and out) to the photos we saw on the online listing and was very comfortable for our week long stay. We had easy communication with the property manager (Margie) and she took extra care of us since we were checking in late. She made sure to get our linens put inside, turned on the ice maker in the fridge, and stayed on the phone with us while we picked up our check in packet only a few blocks from the property. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely consider the same location in the future.

Pros: We came to VA Beach for a softball tournament. We really loved the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful oceanfront location with a nice sized balcony. Water pressure was great and the water stayed hot in both showers.Cons: VRBO is a racket to say the least. We were charged 415 just to book through them (they literally did nothing) to then get redirected to a real estate company who handled everything. The parking is a nightmare. The condo has a small gated parking lot and the spaces can barely fit a Tesla. We brought a Ram truck so you can imagine how difficult that was to park. The “boardwalk” is very trashy.When we are on a beach vacation, we enjoy sitting on the balcony at night watching the ocean. We could not believe the amount of homeless people, lack of activities, and “money exchange interactions” that were taking place between people who did not appear to be law abiding. Will only return to VA Beach if we have another tournament next year. It’s definitely not a great vacation destination, but like I stated earlier, the condo was very nice and so was the agent from the real estate company (Maggie).

It’s in the perfect location, it’s steps to the beach and has all the comforts of home. It’s always clean. Margie is always on top of any issue that may pop up.

Kayla Condos oceanfront fun

Property is clean, safe, and convenient to everything you want in Va Beach. We found that it perfectly suited our needs. On site condo team were very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic location

My family has taken summer vacation at one beach town or another for 20+ years. Both my wife and son enthusiastically and repeatedly told me during this trip that this was the best place we've ever stayed. The balconies overlooking the beach were incredible and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The cleanliness definitely needs to be bumped up a few notches. I had to clean before we unpacked anything. We had clean out a jammed pack sweeper. I was on vacation not there to clean but there was no way I could leave it dirty for next guests. We sure didn’t make the mess but did clean it up the best we could with the limited supplies. Other then cleanliness , we did enjoy our stay and the beautiful view n sound of the ocean from our room. I’m impressed with the beach being so clean. Shops and restaurants were close.
