*NO PETS – Unauthorized animals will result in immediate removal and a $500 non-refundable fee.

*NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Inside or outside, $1,500 fine for violations.

*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Includes confetti, glitter, or tape on walls/furniture.

*QUIET HOURS 10PM–8AM – Please respect neighbors and fellow guests.

*CHECK-IN 4:00 PM–1:00 AM – Self check-in via smart lock.

*CHECKOUT BEFORE 10:00 AM – Ensure all guests depart on time.

*PRIMARY GUEST MUST STAY – The person who booked must be present during stay.

*NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS OR SERVICES – Chefs, instructors, or other providers require prior approval and certificate of insurance.

*AGE REQUIREMENT – Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book.
