Perfectly located near downtown, the North Shore, all major stadiums & venues, the Strip District and all major universities and colleges.

All the amenities you'll need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Plenty of space for the kids to play and relax in their own game room and lounge area!

Living Areas:
1st Floor: This spacious room right off the kitchen is perfect for unwinding after a full day of exploring Pittsburgh! Modern furnishing with an electric fireplace and plenty of seating for all guests.

2nd Floor: Centered right in the heart of the house and in between both 2nd floor bedrooms, this room is perfect for catching up on your favorite show on TV, reading your favorite novel or just sneaking away to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!

Kids Rooms:
1st Floor: Let the kids have their own space with their own TV and games to play! This room is right off the kitchen and allows your little ones to feel like they have their own part of the house!

3rd Floor Game Room: Kids (and adults) can get their energy out in this fun and entertaining game room! Foosball, Pop-a-Shot Basketball and plenty of board games to have lots of fun during your stay!

Bedrooms:
4 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each with queen beds and their own bathroom. 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor that share a full bathroom. One bedroom on the 3rd floor offers a queen bed, while the other is perfect for the kids with 2 bunk beds (queen bottom bunk & twin top bunk). Bunk-bed room is right off the game room. In all four bedrooms, you'll find a tranquil atmosphere that ensures a restful night's sleep.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Stools on the kitchen peninsula offers a place for social gatherings around the kitchen that everyone knows and loves.

Bathrooms:
The half bathroom is right off the living/dining area of the 1st floor for easy access. 2 full luxury en-suite bathrooms on the 2nd floor, one of which offers a jetted spa tub which is perfect for relaxing! 3rd floor full bathroom with modern updates and a walk-in shower.

Dining Area:
Dining room table to accommodate guests, located in the center of the 1st floor. Additional fireplace to keep everyone cozy during the colder months.

Guests have full access to all of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the house.
