The beach view was just beautiful with easy, beach access. The host, Kristine was always quick to respond, informative and very nice and helpful!

Little piece of paradise

Beautifully decorated. Amazing sunrises from balcony. Peaceful and quiet location. Dog friendly. Neat infinity table. 3 thumbs up! Looking forward to returning.

Great beach and pool access. You have most anything you need for the beach- umbrella, toys for the kids, towels. There were 2 bicycles! The condo had plenty of supplies that you weren’t running to the store. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Host was fantastic about answering emails right away. I love this place!

Perfect Spot

Location is amazing!!! The condo was beautiful and clean. Communication with owner was easy. We can’t wait to stay there again. Only thing we noticed was it was warm in the top bedroom we stayed in. I would also say my husband and I are very hot natured. They did have multiple fans available if needed. Definitely a positive stay and will rent again!

The pictures are accurate! This s a beautiful condo right on the beach. Master bedroom has a great beach view. There were chairs and a beach tent available. Nice pool scene as well, Kristine was very responsive to any problems we encountered.

Perfect vacation

This is my second year staying here and it’s a great property. Right on the beach and extremely convenient if you have a pet. Kristine is always quick to answer any questions as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The property was clean and very well decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed beautiful beach views from the decks and watched the dolphins while having our coffee. The sunrises were stunning. The location was great and host was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Multiple times booking with DreamScape and we'll be back again!

Kristine is great to work with and has done an amazing job with her properties. We've stayed at her places for multiple years and look forward to coming back soon. We were a family of four with two teenagers traveling during the 4th of July. The home was perfect! Right on the beach with included cabana umbrella, chairs, beach cart, and toys to enjoy it. Many games to play in the home, including the Infinity tabletop game system, which we played everyday. We cooked many meals in the kitchen that was perfectly stocked to make anything. The property was as described, clean, and the host was always quick to respond with any questions. It was so easy to quickly walk between the beach and home whenever we needed anything. We would definitely rent again!

My dog, Charley and I stayed here for the better part of 3 weeks in early 2026. Everything was perfect.... the host, amenities and location.The condo had everything we needed and was top notch clean. The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. I loved the gate on the deck so Charley could be out there with me watching the dolphins!

Perfection by the Sea!

Location, location, location! You can't ask for anything better. In the winter, you get to experience the sunrise and the sunset. Perfect for our family and pups. Enjoyed the chill of the beach and all the amenities available to us. Can't wait to return!

The was the perfect home away from home for our family. The place was stocked with everything you could need at the beach and even had great wi-fi!!! Kristine was so responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this condo was absolutely perfect!You can’t get closer to the beach. Literally walk down your deck stairs and a very short boardwalk and you are there. There are steps in the house, 7 steps down to the living area and kitchen. 7 steps up to the primary bedroom. The steps are wide and easy to navigate, with handrails. We are seniors and had no trouble at all, it was a little difficult getting up the steps from the parking area to the door. But we just took it slow. There was a nice close grassy area for our dog. Condo is also very close to the pool. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks very nice. We like sleeping with a fan and were delighted to find a large floor fan in the bedroom. The house is spotlessly clean! The kitchen is well appointed. We did not cook, but if you do you will have everything you need. Even an air fryer and an ice maker. The coffee maker offers a Keurig and a regular option. Finally, the hostess is amazing. She emailed us several times to make sure we were happy.Just the perfect vacation. The only negative is that we had to leave too soon. Love SGI and what a wonderful place to stay!

Great Beachfront Spot

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation with a family (towels, toys, floats, chairs, etc). We appreciated the well equipped kitchen as well. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot!.

The place was great. End unit with all of the necessities. Super close to the water. Ocean front doesn’t get any better than that. The host was great and easy to communicate with.

Perfect stay

My family had a wonderful time here. Perfect location especially if you have a pet. The beach is right outside your backdoor with the boardwalk going to the beach beside you and the pet walking area beside you as well. This was our first time staying at SGI and it was perfectly relaxing and never crowded our entire stay.

Great Beach Property

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape with Amazing view of the beach. Private access to the beach inspite of being in a condo was a big hit for us. The home was very well decorated and so well stocked with not just pots and pans but a lot of condiments and coffee!! The electronic game board in the condo was a major hit with all of us and it was a great way to unwind after playing in the beach.
