This townhouse is part of a cozy, 20-unit complex with a mix of friendly locals and visitors.
The unit spans three floors:
- Main Floor: Features a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and patio.
- Second Floor: Includes the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
- Third Floor: Offers two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private deck. The other has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an extra twin trundle. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet room is located in the hallway.
The fully stocked kitchen comes with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, spices, flatware, knives, and children's utensils. A high chair is available upon request.
Parking includes a one-car garage, an additional outdoor space, and street parking behind the townhouse.

- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.
- NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.
- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.
- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.
*PETS: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior host approval. A $75 fee per pet applies, and breed restrictions may apply, aggressive dog breeds are strictly not allowed as per HOA regulations. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture at all times and kenneled when left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply for excess pet hair, damage, or extra cleaning.
Good to Know:
• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy.
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.
• After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!

Yes pet friendly. No view of the ocean but and walk and access. Everyone was pleased with our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Only problem could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work.

Disappointing Stay
When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up. I contacted the management company several more times about the trash. Each time I was assured the trash would be picked up. However it was never picked up during our stay. On Tuesday, the property management company asked me to wheel the trash container to the street for pick up. I respectfully refused, it was not my mess and would have required me to move a heavy unwieldy trash can up a steep driveway (about 8 foot high) three condos away. The request to clean up a prior tenet's mess, days after our initial complaint, was unreasonable and left me even more upset. So, we spent 5 days at the property and we dealt with someone else's stinky trash the entire stay. After our stay I was contacted by the property management company representative, who defended their actions to resolve the trash problem. I found the lack of accountability to be further troubling and an additional example of the lack of respect we were given. So, I will share our treatment widely and encourage others to learn from our experiences.
